If I could give it ZERO stars I would! I called about an email I received about a charge I was going to be charged for the “free trial“ and explain that I had canceled the service two days prior to it being up. The gentleman was very rude, didn’t give me his name and then when he asked me to look up the plan that I had and I told him the flexible plan is what I was signed up on because it didn’t give me the option to pick any other plan. He then began to get even more rude and hateful telling me that the trial was only good for the simply unlimited plan, even though it doesn’t give you the option to pick the plan for the trial , then proceeded to put me on a 30 minute hold when I asked to speak to a supervisor. He came on the line once proceeded to babble something off and then put me back on hold before I could even speak.
