Has never worked right, the noise is unbearable, freezes and unfreezes SIX service calls, they still refuse to replace it So much for the BS line "we stand behind our product" Replace parts, tech says, "well it freezes". Rep says she will call back in 24 hours, never called, 2nd rep, same thing, never called, wait weeks for an appt, weeks for parts, weeks for another appt to put in part. NO CHANGE but they won't return out money, or replace it. Shame on their sticker, Made in USA, that is shameful !
