I purchased a tv during B.Buy's 4th of July sale. I was given a 12 hour shipping window only on my delivery day. I never received a call or email from them to narrow that time. Ultimately I never received the tv and was completely ghosted. What kind of customer service is this. Totally unacceptable! Take your business elsewhere or else. Good luck
