Today I went to The HEB in Eagle Pass , to the customer service department to get a refund of a money I try sending thru Western Union . For some reason they couldn’t get the names correct even showing them the picture id of the person receiving the money. After I got my refund I told HEB employee (Mario) that I needed to send it again but was told since I had received the refund money that for today I couldn’t send money . My wife tried to send the money with her own id but since he saw me he said she couldn’t send money either, that those were HEB policies
