I phoned beginning April to cancel my data contract with Vodacom because I was paying R404 for 10 gig (old contract).  I was offered a new contract and when I received the documents via email realised I will be locked into a long term contract again so had the new contract reversed.  The lady told me it will take a month to reflect as reversed so I can only cancel my contract at the end of April but will be able to do it with immediate effect.  I phoned on 1 May but call was not answered.  Phoned today 2 May - held on for almost 20 minutes just to be told cancellation can only take affect end of May so I will have to pay for another month R404 for 10 gigs!!  This is unacceptable.  Please assist with immediate cancellation and refund.  0726102958.  I want to buy my data pay as you go
