On Thursday evening I ordered food through kfc.com apparently I got delivery and they used a third party delivery service which was doordash and they never came to pick up my food it was hours and correspondence finally after a long time with the Dasher and the gentleman from doordash customer service and also six recorded calls through kfc.com customer service line I will attach screenshots of my conversation with doordash customer service also in those screenshots there are screenshots of the conversation with the doordasher and I will also attach screenshots of the purchase amount  and the amount that was refunded on Thursday...
Friday when I woke up I was still in the mood for fried chicken so I went back onto the KFC app and I ordered again this time for a bigger order of food which actually did come but when it did arrive the meal was well below satisfactory! I called customer service back again and they put a refund in for about a third of the price that I paid for the meal! I was online and I was reading that KFC actually has a taste satisfaction guarantee if you don't like how your food taste they will send you out new food I would have been happy with that extremely happy with that! As it is now Sunday and I am still in the mood for fried chicken and have yet to be able to satisfy myself with the food that was provided! The chicken was soggy and old and extremely cold and very very spicy they don't serve spicy fried chicken! The french fries were a quarter of the way full soggy they were probably the worst fries I've ever had in my entire life and that says a lot! The mashed potatoes that were displayed on the meal for two combo go halfway up the cups of soda when I received the mashed potatoes and gravy that I ordered for my sides they were 3/4 of an inch big if I would have known that I would have opted to get large sides! Extremely misleading and false advertisement to the fullest! I am having a hard time understanding why when I called on Friday with the total of $26 that I paid to KFC for my meal that a measly $8 was refunded! Not one time was I offered a replacement meal because I would have accepted that because like I said I am still in the mood for fried chicken and have ordered it twice this week and have yet to be able to enjoy any of it! I am very disappointed with the quality of food that KFC provided, if they cannot offer a delivery service themselves they absolutely should not go through a third party delivery company.. not only does it hike the price up a lot but it puts the quality of your food into somebody else's hands that does not care about your company at all! The amount of time that it takes for one doordash driver to drive from point a to point b is ridiculous they have several orders and they are stopping along the way and they are dropping off other orders that's a no-brainer there's no way that it should take over an hour and some change for somebody to drive 2.8 miles that's just absurd! I'd really appreciate some help with this issue I will attach all of the documents that I have correspondence with doordash proof of purchase for both orders proof of the refund for the $8 that I received! Like I said above I would have been okay with a replacement meal because I am still in the mood for fried chicken!
