This KFC is rated a zero, this was the worst experience ever. I went to the KFC at 3717 Belmont Avenue in Youngstown Ohio, around 3:45pm on July 1,2024, and had to wait in the drive thru for over 10 minutes before I could order and the strange part there was no one inside eating no one was in the parking lot. I finally gave my order in which they got wrong, so when I pulled to the window the person working yanked my card and then went to give me my food and let go luckily I caught it, I am a white person and this KFC is in the black part of town, and they are racist, they also laughed and said we ain't got no napkins so don't ask, I have never been treated so rudely in the whole 57 years I been born. This KFC is located at 3717 Belmont Avenue in Youngstown Ohio and the person on my receipt is Joella, I will never go back to a KFC again. And I will let everyone I know not to ever go there and to top off it all that restaurant is so nasty. They need to closed down. But you people don't care, and nothing will be done. It wasn't your family got treated bad. If it was something would be done about if this person and that restaurant is reprimanded for there actions I will notify the BBB and let them know to and I will show the receipt that I have.
