In order to change information on the account, one must upload proof of identification. However, to bypass this proof, all one needs to do is request the account be deleted and restart it. With a little social engineering and hacking, one could easily bypass their security procedures for any account. When I attempted to communicate this flaw to them, customer service did not seem to understand nor care. I was given half assed, pre-written replies that were less helpful than if an AI were responding, and not a single person there tried to validate my concerns. Considering that Credit Karma holds SSN information, you would think they would take this flaw a little more seriously.
