I sent numerous emails to Facebook from my email of dsantamassino201@gmail.com. The email is not registered to any Facebook accounts. Within my email, I explained I have a Facebook account that I cannot log into in about 3 years because I do not know the email on the account nor do I have access to the email. I asked them to please update the email on the account to dsantamassino201@gmail.com and send me a verification email and a password reset email. I provided them the URL to my profile which is https://www.facebook.com/derek.santamassino. I also attached a copy of the front and back of my ID card to my email so they can verify my name. Unfortunately, I never received any responses from them at all. I am attaching my ID card to this complaint as well.
