hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received from GoDaddy and to seek resolution for ongoing issues that have significantly impacted my business.
Despite providing proof of my identity, including my NYC driver's license and United States passport, I have been unable to gain access to update my website. I requested a call to confirm receipt of my emailed identification photos, but I did not receive a callback. As a victim of identity theft earlier this year, I find this lack of communication particularly troubling.
I understand that GoDaddy primarily communicates via email; however, I have repeatedly requested to speak with a supervisor to address my concerns, yet my requests have gone unanswered. Instead, I only receive automated responses, which do not resolve my issues.
Since January 11, 2024, I have experienced inadequate service, and despite this, GoDaddy continues to withdraw funds from my PayPal account. Additionally, I purchased an email service from GoDaddy, but I have been blocked from accessing it, leading to potential business losses for several months.
Given these ongoing issues, I am formally requesting a refund of $8,000.00 for the services that GoDaddy has failed to provide since February 9, 2020. I have attached previous emails and documentation that support my claims, highlighting the ongoing deception since 2022.
