On 10/18/24 I dined at Ruth’s Chris in the Short Hills Mall,NJ. I have dined there many times & always had attentive service & excellent food. My most recent dining experience was horrific!
My server was fantastic & did all he could to correct the problem.  However the manager was  the most incompetent & inexperienced person that I had to endure in a very long time. Instead of correcting the problem the only thing he managed was to escalate it!!!   Two bone in filet mignon steaks were ordered.  One for myself & one for a friend.  The steak had to be sent back because it was raw.   It was then served well done.  The original order was medium.  I do not eat well done steak.  The manager came back & forth with my plate two times & gave me a speech on cooking.  So now I had no steak & a cold baked potato.  Yes the steak was taken off the bill, however, I was there for Dinner not a refund or dissertation on cooking.  I left your establishment hungry & my blood pressure was through the roof.   Having supervised hundreds of employees in my career I know the importance of being made aware of a problem so that it can be corrected.  As you are aware there are numerous restaurants welcoming customers in this Post Pandemic economy. I am retired and live in New Jersey & Florida & dine out at least 5 times a week.  Thank you for your attention to this matter
