I paid for a storage unit.I never used.I canceled the next day The storage wouldn't be able to accommodate what I need to be stored. And they didn't have anything else available that was bigger. they refused to give me a refund saying there is a time limit on getting a refund back. I looked onto my uhaul account today. And it says the storage rental is still active.. I would like a full refund back to my card on file Their customer service is very poor they're very rude to the customers. And I shouldn't be refused a refund for something i've never used cause it was way to small......I hope you can help me and make this right ...and that location needs somemore customer service training , they are very judgemental and not nice to customer's
