Customer service was not helpful today for a merchandise return

Customer service was not helpful today for a merchandise return. Receipt expired (odd for 30 day exp) attempted to return last week, rep was offering to return w/out receipt but I’d forgotten my ID. Today no offer to & rude rep told me to call 800 Number they said they didn’t understand why rep told me they could help. Basically nothing they could do for me. I spend 600-800 a month here and there is nothing they can do to help with a daily $19 item?
