I have been homeless in Merced for about 8 yrs now and I have been trying to find a place where I can make a little bit of money so I can buy some food well one day I was holding a sign on the side of CVS in Merced the one on Olive Ave and M street I have done it for a couple of days well I was standing there one day I'm always nice to the people who ate handing me money the people in the store I'm always polite and I have never stole anything from ur store or have I ever been rude or cussed never the manager jennifer and the assistant manager came or and told me to leave or they are going to put a restraining order on me I didn't do anything wrong they told me I can't stand there and beg for money my sign says Hungry Plz help ok so I left well I went back the next day and I always purchase something from inside of the store well one of the employees working there tells me u can't be here leave i said ok well I was leaving and the employee cussed at me he tells me leave now I said I better ficken lave now I was leaving I just don't understand why I can't just hold up my sign for a couple of hours a day and make some money so I can eSt cause I'm homeless and hungry I don't cuss or anything I'm not rude I'm always polite is it against the law too stand tjere the manager also told me that the corporate office is telling hrr i can't be thete im asking for ur permission to hold up a sign on the primasise of CVSin merced cali without beening told to leave please I'm not doing anything wrong I don't leave messes or any I'm asking if u give me permission to do so can u please get ahold of this CVS and tellbthem to quit harassing me can u send me a email stating its ok thanks
