I purchased a phone and a phone case from the cricket wireless retailer store in Magee Mississippi, and wanted to return the items in the seven day return window when I did so I was rudely embarrassed and told I could not do that. I was lied to by the manager herself. All day is just after my mother passing I asked for names of supervisors I could speak to, and was told that I could not get that from her when I asked her name she told me in a very rude way her first name and that was. All I needed to know these people at the store in Magee, especially the manager Sam as to what she referred her name to be has made this experience with losing my mother 100 times worse and I need something done about it. I want to return my items and I don’t see what the problem is about returning that.
