I change my cricket account due date on October 28th and also enrolled in auto pay my due date was changed to the 3rd of every month cricket customer service representative took down my card info and said it was approved and it would come out on the 3rd of each month but there is no record with customer service that my due date was changed so now my account is suspended because of a mistake cricket made I have been a customer for 3 years and now I have no phone service because of a mistake they made

I went to store corner Greens Road at I-45 N.

Houston Texas.

I walked in with my 16 yo r I am Hispanic look Hispanic.

There was two employees at the counter.

One employee said Hola other employee said hello.

Hola and helloe walked in they greeted as with hola and hello.

I told her why can't I just be greeted with a hello.

TheI was told they greet in both languages.

I said thats ridiculous, your are racially profiling, this is not Mexico, wS told by employee that she is not from Mexico.

I said I don't care where you are from you know better than to profile me, was told they do this with every walk in.

Next couples that walked in were black then white.

I did why didn't you greet them like do greeted me?

She said we can choose either word.

To their astonishment they did not…

I got your service for my daughter and myself bought 2 Samsung phones about June 14 had a problem with mine went to the Catskill dealer the manager said it had a glinch in it I will continue to have problem with it.

She said she would up grade my phone for 30.

00 dollars more I said ok she gave me a Alcatel she liyed to me ripped me off she down graded my phone If cheating me how many other coustomers had she cheated.

I will not continue to use your services if this can not be solved.

I am complaining about the employees located at 5707 MacCorkle ave. #110, Charleston, WV 25304.

I got a 4 family plan on 6/22/19.

I switched from At&T for a more affordable plan.

I purchased the Samsung Galaxy A6.

The volume quit working and the phone had an image problem.

I did not like the phone and I wanted my money back and order a phone somewhere else but every employee at that location told me I could not get a refund for the phone on 6/27/19.

I could only get another phone in that store to replace it with.

They were not nice and kept following me around the whole time I was looking at phones and would not assist me in questions I asked and just told me to look at the specs on the phones and basically their all the same unless I buy a 900.

I have been with cricket for only a month.

I have problems using my phone at home due to 12 to 15 dropped calls a day.

I called they opened a case I have even had my sim card replaced.

They say they are updating towers in my area and I will be given a credit.

The agent sent me a text message with the confirmation number.

Spoke to a supervisor who stated there were no issues in my area really.

I calked again and was told the supervisor left notes not to givve me any credit.

I did a warranty exchange and was told I would not receive credit for days I did not have a phone.

I am very disatisfied with my service and your customer service.

I will be sending a letter to the president of the company.

No one should be treated with such disrespect.

Bought phone at Cricket wireless about two weeks ago.

Samsung Halo, Love the phone but has been a nightmare. returned to place of purchase 3 times and employee looked at it handed back and said its FINE.

Cant control phone,runs all the time,using data like crazy,messed up all my google accounts and what do you do?

NOTHING BECAUSE THEY have no support,NO i am not a new smartphone user, that wont work, I LOVE Samsung phones but Cricket? service sucks. got to move on to a good provider, ATT ?

Two Cricket Wireless stars in Livonia Michigan are extremely rude.

One manager yelled at me because of the phone I chose over her recommendation.

She would not back up her sales man.

The other store, the 2 salesman kept talking back and forth after they asked how they could help me.

When I mentioned that I would wait until they were done talking to each other, they said we can listen now.

They kept on talking to each other and then said well, we told you we were in the middle of something.

These are Cricket stores and very rude and unprofessional, not helpful at all.

I shouldn't have to drive to another city for help. this actually has me considering switching to another phone company.

I went to the new Coos Bay Sprint and had very poor service from Sabrina.

She was completely rude and wreaked of marijuana so bad I wasn't even able to complete my purchase due to it giving me such a terrible headache and contact high.

I hope that you get rid of her soon because I wont be going back.

I did a bridge pay June 1 2019.

I owed a remainder of 81 due by midnight june 8th.. june 8th I bought two cricket refill cards from Walmart proceeded to go on my app to pay my remainder and kept getting a message that the server was down so I went to my browser googled cricket wireless to get a message which I attached saying be back in a few hours they were doing maintenance so I proceeded to call and when I called same message they were doing maintenance and to try back the next morning 10am eastern time well I'm in arizona .

On June 1, 2019, I received a text from cricket that someone had made changes to my cricket account.

I then noticed that my network access was off: I couldn't receive or send text or calls.

I went on line and tried to access my account.

I was prompted to enter a 4 digit access code.

I entered every access code that I may have set up and was denied access.

I called cricket and spoke to the representative who asked me to give them an access code, to which I explained that none of them worked.

I was then asked to answer some security questions.

The question they asked was not a question I would have used and nothing like any security question I would have set up so I had no clue what the answer would be.

I was told I had to go into a cricket store and they could reset my access code…

Call center rep told me I could make a 1 time bridge payment in store and if I made the remaining balence before the ending of the bridge payment my phone line would not be suspended.

I made the payment on the 27th of May and made the remaining balence of 50 dollars on the 31st of May I received a text saying my bridge pay was coming to an end if I already made the payment sorry for bothering me.

I ignored the text due to me already making the remaining payment.

I have paid for my phone and did the monthly term of agreement to get phone unlocked.

But upon numerous of voice calls to customer strive they are refusing to unlock my device.

I have no option but to file a civil suit in reimbursement for the price of phone and money spent on monthly service.

If cricket wireless does not unlock my phone I will have no choice but to file a law suit, and take this experience to social media and public.

I need to speak to some one from corporate ASAP.

I purchased a phone on 05/12 at the Chula Vista store. by the sales rep that I could return the phone within 7 days for a full refund.

Tried to return the phone on the fifth day only to be told that I got no refund back because the phone was a promotional item. and the senior citizen on a fixed income and information about purchasing that phone was not divulged to me it was hidden by your sales rep.

My screen wasn't working so I went into a cricket on Ayers street in corpus Christi tx.

The girl was rude.

She asked what I needed.

I showed her my phone and I said just something cheap.

She grabbed a phone from the back and proceeded to ring it up.

Without even asking me if I wanted it or showing me something at a slightly higher price.

I asked if I could transfer my info.

She was short with me the whole time.

Only responding with single words.

Very cold and no smile or small talk.

She handed me the phone and couldn't even say thank you.
