I have been a loyal customer for over ,14 years. I am a plus member who orders 2-4  times a week. I have a cleaning company and order to multiple addresses. My sister lost her job so.i.tired to send her groceries and they charged my card twice and then flagged it gir fraud. I have never committed fraud and have very rarely returned items or ask for compensation for errors. Yes they cancelled the order and ok have to wait ten days for a refund which leaves my family without groceries. I am a loyal honest customer and never ever cheated or attempted to cheat and all they could say was sorry. You can't eat a sorry and I am having health issues and worked a extra day for that money to help. I deserve more because I am a honest person and good customer. Look at my account and you will not see any time of wrong doing.
