I went thru the drive thru Wendy’s store number 3132 address 1200 east sibley blvd, dolton il. on Nov 5 24. My cashier was trice. First of all when I get to the pick up window to pay. They were too concerned with me backing my car up in order for the wait time to decrease. Upon getting my drinks I asked which one was a diet and they’re response was I don’t know I didn’t make it and tried to push the order to me.. after I asked if they could find out, I noticed my drink was not correct and they got very defensive and demanded to see my receipt and clearly showed they gave me the wrong drink. My whole experience was very rude customer service!
