Bought a magic the gathering commander deck at my local target

Bought a magic the gathering commander deck at my local target. Seen they had a sign saying no returns on pokemon not all tcgs. And only 2 items pre customer. 2 day later realized I bought the wrong one and wanted to exchange. They refuse to let me saying no returns. I wont be going to target for magic ill go support local game store.
