Ordered a 16th birthday cake online. Four days later went to pick it up and was told they haven't been receiving online orders . I had to pick a cake out of the freezer and they would write it. Sorry, it wasn't the same. It's very hard to pick for a teenage boy out of the freezer. It was mostly flower decorated cakes. I did buy a cake because the party was that day, but needless to say, I was very unhappy !!
