Well for starters it smells like pot over there all the time.
2 of all I am a customer and set up an appointment for Oct 17@9am and today Oct 11th I called in to cancer my appointment and heard my company say something and the manager Patrick hung up on me. I called back and Patrick called me by another name and hung up on me once again. So I called back a third time and told him that my company does not have access to my phone. I called the last time and told them I wanted to cancel my appointment and I also told him that because of his professionalism he lost a customer.  I can't believe that Monroe muffler treats their customers like that. Patrick is so disrespectful and unprofessional. All this happened today Oct 11th about 5:00 pm.
Patrick needs to get reprimanded for speaking to customers so rudely over the phone. Patrick was accusing my brother for calling him on my phone and my brother had nothing to do with my phone call at all.
I am very disappointed with the way that I was treated as a customer. It's a shame you guys have employees like that working for you who disrespect some customers.
