My name is Becky I am also a senior citizen. On 08/06/2025 I order a large pizza, original hand toss cheese pizza for dinner. At Pizza Hut on 468 San Bernardino and Barrance, Covina I picked up the pizza earlier that day since I was in the area. When picked it up I didn't bother to look at it because my daughter and I are regular customers who orders once or twice a week. My grandkids love pizza from pizza hut. When it was time for dinner, I opened it up and realized it was not the same pizza I normal order. My grandkids who have autism with no patient were very hunger. I cut it up into smaller pieces and called pizza hut where I pick up the pizza and asked about my order, the person I spoked to said bring the pizza back and I'll make you another one. I mentioned I had cut it to smaller slices and a slice had already been eaten, she said just bring it. I said OK, I'll be there in 10 minutes. When I got there, she was very rude and said no I am not going to replace it because same slices of the pizza have been cut up, I refreshed her memory on the phone call you told me to bring it like that. The pizza looked thin crest, my grandkids love the original hand toss pizza. She gave me a very hard time with the situation rolling her eyes back and forth. I asked if I could speak to her manager, she said she was the manager; her name is Alexies. She had very bad manners and poor customer service. I was there for almost 30 minutes; I finally left with no pizza and went to Domino Pizza close by. I could not believe this was over a cheese pizza. I don't want to get anyone in trouble, but the customer service needs to improve. I would like a refund, if possible since I left the pizza there.
