Tried to find an order placed on 12/3/2024. Already received an email with order number. Was unable to track on website, online chat was literally useless, survey feedback couldn't be submitted. Finally called and tried to speak to and understand the representative- English was not her first language in any way, & I had to keep asking her to repeat what she said because her English skills needed work. What I think she told me was that I checked out my purchase as a guest which was the reason I couldn't track the order. Didn't make sense to me so I don't know if I understood her reason. Anyway, I will not be placing any orders from Kohl's on line in the future . Too bad, Kohl's- your customer service is sub-par.
