My complaint is for the store location 757 w Broadway council bluffs iowa. I am a frequent shopper at this Family Dollar. I would say I shop there at least 3 or 4 times a week. It's been going on for a couple of months now and I have just been tolerating it, but now it's just gotten to the point of just making me feel uncomfortable and starting to upset me to the point I will choose to either go without or walk to another store to get what I need, because I don't deserve to get treated like this and cry when I leave the store. But it's the closest place to my house. I have to walk because after my husband and 2 kids were kill in a car accident. I don't drive anymore. I would just love to be able to feel comfortable when I do my shopping. It started when I called out one of the suppose to be managers. I was told by another day time employee that her name is Cody. Anyway I was in the store a while back and her and another employee were all over each other. Like being extremely inappropriate and they were doing this in front of children so I said to them. " hey do you mind there are little eyes around I think that should wait until you get home maybe." And of course some smart mouth things got said back to me but I brushed It Off and let it go and continued with my shopping but now since then every time I'm in there something smart gets said to me right when I walk through the door while I'm doing my shopping and being stared at like I'm shoplifting when I come up to the counter to purchase my items I get comments made about me I get laughed about and I get rude very rude customer service. I really feel that it's a family store so I had every right to stop these two employees even though I'm not a part of their team they shouldn't be doing that in the first place in front of children or anybody. I am just trying to let somebody know that this is going on and that customers are getting treated this way because I'm sure I'm not the only one considering how mouthy this girl is but I have had my fair share and all I can handle of this horrible degrading treatment and customer service I would rather walk another 2 miles down the road and to ever go back to the store and get treated the way I haven't been getting treated.
