Closed my Credit Card while traveling overseas, closed my wife's Checking. No explanation. USAA MLO and Mortgage Processor do not know there jobs! I am a MLO and can tell you they were counting income not qualified and not counting other income that did qualify as well as sat on their hands, not returning calls for two weeks until I escalated it yo a manager. I explained about the income but they did not listen. So, I had to change to a new Mortgage company and the loan closed in 2.5 weeks. Seems they had issue with my wife’s check g account Zelle Deposits or Transfers and took it out on me though we have no joint account. i returned from HK today and called the bank. Took 1.5 hours of transfers, only to have the last person answer snd start the conversation off with, “We have decided to terminate the relationship and have the right to do so. I am now going to disconnect. Before her, I kept being told I dont Have an account with them though I still owe them $7,600 on credit. The app no longer allows chat either. Most recent issue is 6 mo after reporting they closed my account, they reported it was reopened although it is not. I called requesting them to report it is closed and they refused. Very disappointed in USAA. I will never ever reopen. Besides, I have too many accounts.
