If I could go below I would to 0 stars when you go to your store and spend thousands over the years and my kohls cash of 80 disappeared called to get it reissued (yes I know your policy it was explained) but here it is 80 means we spent a lot for us at one time and sometimes life gets busy that when we go back to spend the cash 9 times out of 10 we spend more then kohls cash so no after refusing with new said policy We have three accounts through you we will never be back on principal after this maybe you don't care by the way you were my go to for most things but hey got other stores
