I ordered a refrigerator more than 2 months ago. Your system said it was delivered, but it wasn’t. I have been living w/o a fridge for that long. I have called over thirty times, and get the same response, “they are working on cancelling it in our system, then they will send you a new coupon code in a few days.” I’m getting ready to file a claim in small claims court.
