Amazon is a shipper. They don't have a way to support SHIPPING problems that have nothing to do with sellers. Today received a paper "envelope" with 5 items that included both very small, sensitive electronic, and bulky heavy items, the bag was torn. Nothing was missing, but all were dinged up. This is a repetitive problem with Amazon
