locked out of my account due to suspicious activity. recovery phone number from old phone that i updated but must have not saved changes. riiiiight. no option for recovery email which should be on there. yahoo makes it impossible to get into my account but offered me a payed service to do so. fucking criminals. you suck yahoo.

I've had yahoo mail since 1988. I had a group of newest family which included friends until 2 months ago, but now it has disappeared. I'm on social security and can NOT afford your new customer service. And another group that is still intact does NOT allow me to add contacts!

Every day I open Yahoo to read the news and every day you have 10 articles that are negative toward Trump and NOT ONE article based on his many successes. My email account hangs when I sign into my account and check emails. It hangs while checking my emails and takes 5-10 min to open a single email. It also doesnot check the email as read, instead it remained unchecked. Email account is too slow and get creepy hanged all the time even if i have 20 mb/s internet connections as well. I am helpless and going to deactivate my account if the problem persists with the poor working of my yahoo mail account.

com. what I find know is I cant get access to either of my email accounts which hold photos sent to me plus familysearch. biggs7817 with yahoo but this account dose not belong tome but the other dose and it I on my computers and mobiles and backed up by icloud since i first started with.

Yahoo is not controlling its advertising properly. I am being hit with f.txt virus because of ad.doubleclick.net that is being attached to their ads and I have removed it over and over and just can't get it to stop. I am about to turn this issue into the FTC for action since Yahoo has made it impossible to make any direct contact with their people for issues like this.

I have children that also you my computer that my not know that this is a virus and click on the save and allow it to be loaded into the computer.

Well I have never really used yahoo for anything other than a email. But after what they did I'm piss off. I was in Google play store on my phone just looking for some apps. I was about to leave that page when I got pulled over to a different page.

I was extremely confused see Yahoo been the one who detected me to it. Then what pissed me off is looking at the page and it was a just a bunch of pages for stuff either my dad's or names pretty much the same.

Yesterday the my.yahoo homepage changed and everything seems to be tied to Att.net. I lost all of my yahoo calendar entries and my MyPortfolio entries.

In the last few days I find that any story I click on has a 30 second AD. I have used your news service since it began. I find I may have to find a new service. I have O interest in ads that are shoved down my throat.
