Went into the Burlington Iowa staples store to send a fax and needed a little help to figure out the machine.

A snot nose young girl that I asked for help refused and all she was doing is playing with her phone.

Where did the customer service go with staples.

That person should be fired for being rude.

Worst her manager backed her up.

That Burlington store needs to be closed or the entire staff replaced they all have an attitude.

Never will shop at Staples again unless I get an apology

Yesterday at Staples, I got on line and waited patiently about 15 minutes to be served for simply binding 3 reports I brought in.

No problem with the bindings.

The problem came after I had paid with CC and I noticed an "express guarantee" charge added to the receipt.

I did not request any special service-all I did was wait on line.

It wasn't busy at all.

Employee did not tell me prior to service that there would an extra charge of $4.

67 for "delivery" within the hour.

This is total BS.

I called the store today to demand a refund but the manager refused and just told me to call corporate at 1800 333 3330.

Of course, just a recording picks up and says "unable to take your call, please call back later." In other words, just for the privilege of serving you without waiting an hour,…

Yes I have a complaint to make about a a Associate that work in the print&marketing department.

I think her name is Zara a dark skin female at the Century Location.

Her attitude toward me was unacceptable, she was very rude toward me 11/29/2023.

This staples need a manager to speak with that young lady her mouth need filter when dealing with customers service.

I Came in staple to pick up my package in the 4949 Canoe Pass way Unit 336 Tasawwassen at 10: 00 on Dec 1, 2023, only one employee worked in there, I ask him for picking up my package, I told him that I am a little rush, because I have to go to work. he said he doesn't have right to touch the package services, only manager has right and his manager is in the back would be come out soon.

I really trust him, wait 20 mins. no body coming out. then this employee called his manager. he said his manager ask me to change to other time to pick up my package, his manager is not in staples .

I am very angry about that. first in the email notification, it states I can come to pick up at any time between 9: 00am --18:00 pm Monday to Friday.

I came in to staple is at 10:00am, nobody can services me.…

I can't call anyone... the line is down or something.

The chat line doesn't work; plus, Staples lowered the price of my items, and I can't get a hold of anyone.

So much for Staples Price Protection Promise.

I can't even cancel my order.

I purchased a software, Adobe Lightroom for around $75.

I was told that I will have the option to log onto my Staples account and then download the software.

However, when I log into my profile on staples.com and click on download, nothing gets downloaded.

Instead, I am brought to a shopping cart with item that I had already purchased already in the shopping cart.

I am also seeing my credit card being charged a second time as well.

When I had called Staples.com earlier at 800-333-3330, I was given instructions on how to download the software.

But when I was not able to download the software, they told me someone from IT will be calling me back.

No one has contacted me and now, when I attempt to call the customer service number, I am getting a message to call back later

I went to the Staples store in Grandville, MI (might officially be in Wyoming, MI) to return a package to Amazon.

Upon entering the store I saw a large sign saying package shipping on the wall.

So, I walked straight up to the counter and was waiting for the clerk to finish with him.

I was directly behind by about 4'.

There were very few people in the store and no others in the immediate 40'.

The clerk then in a very snippy tone, said I couldn't stand there as they had a special spot for the que., about 6' over to the side.

I said I was fine where I was and would wait there.

If there was a sign for the entry into the que line I did not notice it, certainly did not appear prominently.

I asked what difference it made as no other customers were anywhere near.

I was just In staples in Sevierville tn shopping with my 2 year old and every knows how a 2 yr old boy is ok I had my hands full of stuff I was getting and pregnant with one so couldn't really bend over a lot or pull and tug at him because he sets down in floor on me and he weight is 47lbs at 2yrs old but he did take stuff off the shelves and I did pick up most of it but there was some I didn't where I had been bending over a lot my stomach always cramps after bending over a lot I'm 37 yrs old 6 months pregnant but anyways a worker had said something to me not even 5 mins being In there about him just touching something ok then when I was about done maybe 20 mins there she said something else to me about him touching stuff keep in mind that I had done busted his butt and even took him to…

The print manager that worked on 9/9-9/10/23 was extremely rude, un organized and unable to complete his duties in a timely professional matter.

I requested a simple print service to print 2 copies of color pictures on plain old paper.

Nothing fancy at 1:40 pm, came in around 4pm to pick them up.

He said no I haven't opened any email requests I'm too busy.

I was shocked as that had never been an issue.

I asked if he could take a minute to complete, he said no.

Send it to the print machine and print it yourself.

I asked who his manager was he said himself.

I said ok than Ill come back tomorrow to pick it up around 4pm he said I'm not telling you its going to be ready, I responded are you serious? it never takes this much time for something that simple .

If there is a choice to take this one start away, I want to take it away.

I just called Steples to get some information on the product if the product is available.

The person was so rude.

He said if I do not have the product code, he cannot help.

When I asked him can I speak to the store manager?

He said you are talking to one.

When I said if you are a manager, then you should know if you carry this into the store or not.

Then he said I cannot help.

I was at Moose Jaw store for shipping my item.

There is one lady named "Tricia" was rude to me and that was pure racism.

She asked for my name and I offered her my ID to make spells clear, she refused it!

Which is now new in Moose Jaw!!

Not just that I had to wait for her almost half an hour while she was watching me and talking with other employees.

What kind of service is that?!

If that would me my store I would just kick it out.

This kind of people should not allowed in direct action with any customer service.

Stay home and make spot empty so others can be there.

Not sure about any others but I am not going staples ever in my life again.

You hired one , you lost one customer permanently.

I would recommend others to report if you experience the same and choose other options…

I am currently in your Waldorf, Md location.

I went to the self service machine as always.

Swiped my card to authorize and scanned my code to print.

I completed this process twice and nothing printed.

When help came it was a guy named Von.

He was very UNCOOPERATIVE, unnecessarily aggressive, crass, not knowledgeable and had no sense of customer service.

I come here faithfully and have no issues with the service.

Joe was a great help.

I recently went into a Staples in Sherman Oaks, CA to purchase my son a pair of AirPods that I saw displayed on the rack for $119.

00.

When I took the box to the counter I was informed by the checkout person that the item was not in stock and the only available AirPods were $199.

00.

Given that I was with my son who was eager to buy them with his Christmas money I had little choice but to buy the more expensive ones.

Then the checkout person tried to sell me AppleCare or the Staples extended warranty plan, and was told that if I didn't buy one of them, if the product didn't work I wouldn't be able to return it or have any recourse.

holiday scam like seriously. inglewood store on century and crenshaw. my card was charged-approved. no reversal, no decline APPROVED AND PENDING. scam-additional FOUR MORE CHARGES declined. had i not transfered ova the EXACT AMOUNT plus taxes THERE WOULD HAD BEEN MORE money that was taken. i'm not happy about it at all when brought to hte mgrz attention HE DIDN'T SEEM TO REALLY care to know that such activity of fraud was going on within his store. had the bank charge, had the recorded call from the bank that the money was deducted.

I have been tracked by staples employees.

The business strategy staples using is totally Unethical.

The general manager "Joe" from the Vaughan location rejected to agree with a 1 year replacement plan that i got.

When i brought the tablet a year ago the manager told me about a 1 year plan which is " if i buy this plan and within 1 year a new model comes then i can change my tablet with no cost, as long as my tablet is in good condition i can replace with a new one".

And i confirmed it yesterday calling in the Vaughan location's store around 4.

20-5.

30pm.

And the guy said yes you can do that or take a store credit.

But after traveling 1 hour to the store when i was ready to replace the tablet the general manager "Joe" told me that "No" it's not how the plan works.

Manager Steve was asked to order refill ink for the pen they selling.

No reactions.

Weeks.

Not important.

Instead he started to chase me in the store for mask wearing.

This is not mature.

The guy puts personal attitude in front of whole business.

Nobody asking for favors.

Ordering items is his job.

But he does not allow to remind him such facts.

Crazy.

Playing authority/detective instead of increasing sales in the retail industry - something new for the customer’s interests.

Who trained him to play boss, like that ?

Is he familiar from what budget he is getting salary ?

Consumers are not important in his understanding?

I ordered a poster on 7/10 to be picked up on 7/11.

When I came to pick up the poster, they said their machine was down and they couldn't fill my order until the next day.

The gentleman informed me that he had called, but I never received the message,.

No apologies, He said it would be ready the next day.

I came back on 7/15 and now they don't have my order in which I have already paid for.

They told me to call the manager tomorrow and then walked away.

Very rude.

My company does a lot of business with you and I felt that your employees were rude and non-caring.

I need my poster that I already paid for then I will take my business to someone who actually wants it.

Order number 9801085212 This was the first time I had ordered online from your company and will be my last.

My order was to arrive July 9, 2019.

I didn't receive it until July 12,2019 with a different story everyday as to why I didn't get it.

The box was opened and it looked as if the items were just thrown in the box.

The bottom of the box was barely taped.

I can't believe that the bottom even held the load.

I am uploading photos of the box.

You should train your employees better because my 4 year old granddaughter could have done better.

All of my order was in the box and the only damage was one box of crayons was mashed on the top and I'll keep that and just buy another one with a different store.

I very disappointed and shocked with your service.

Rude Customer service by Brook at the Copy Center today!

I was the only customer and she charged me an extra fee for waiting for my 4 copies, which cost more than the copies themselves!

When I asked her name, she refused to give it... then when the copies were mixed up, she said, "Do you want to pay an extra fee to separate the 5 pages for each set of documents???

How rude she was... the manager Augustine was out of touch with it all.

Don't go here...even when it's not busy.

No wonder there were no customers in this store at PEAK HOURS!!!

Two of the items listed are Green Mountain Dark Magic & Dunkin Donuts Coffee 24 count K-Cups for $9.

I visited the store in Palmdale, CA, and they refused to honor the $9.

99 price for the Dunkin Donuts brand.

I wanted to purchase two(2) boxes.

Jeff, the Store Auditor, was only willing to offer me the Green Mountain brand for the $9.

99 price.

When I expressed that I was not interested in the Green Mountain brand, he told me that the Palmdale store was not offering the Dunkin Donuts brand for $9.

Okay so let me share my story with you to make sure this company.

Especially branches of Ocean Avenue and Coney island avenue don't ruin your business plans the way they ruined mine, I placed the order online for business cards and the order was passed to Ocean avenue store since it was closest, I placed order for same day pick up and paid everything and in an hour someone from the store calls me to ask if it is okay for me ti pick up the cards by Monday instead of Saturday (which is today) I repplied by explaining that I placed the order for same day pick up since I was in a rush and had to deliver business cards on SATURDAY, so they offered to fransfer the order to Coney Island store, I agreed.
