The Postal Office located at 3801 SW 117th Avenue Miami Florida 33185. My complaint is about one employee that is rude, arrogant and hostile towards the customers as well as with her co-workers. During my visit there today 11-9-23 as well 2 other visits this year I have encountered the same behavior from this same employee.

The residents of 1433 Spruce Street in Philadelphia, PA 19102 have a problem. While the regular mail delivery person does a very good job, there is a temporary mail delivery person who fills in from time to time who is too retarded to put the mail in the mailboxes and just dumps the pile of everybody's mail on top of the mailboxes.

I called the USPS 1-800-275-8777 number to file a complaint about getting the wrong mail in our neighborhood all the time. On 4/20/2023 at 3:30 pm I spoke to a rude woman named Anna. She could not really help me and would not tell me what state she was in. I told her I was in Illinois and wanted to know where I was talking to and she said she could not tell me. She was not any help at ALL!

Hello I live in Seymour, CT and one of the mail truck drivers dropped my package in the driveway in front of the house where vehicles pass through. I receive my mail from this location, sporadically. They haven't delivered my mail in TWO DAYS, and I'm expecting two checks from my place of employment, one which is over THREE WEEKS LATE. In addition to this issue, they put other peoples mail in my box, and I have to sent it back.

this is my 2nd complaint of mail delivery issues. On Nov 15 the rural mail was not delivered until after 7pm and on Nov 17 until after dark and I don't know when It is dangerous for your postal delivery people to be out after dark ( which is 5 pm now) so

We moved to Brookport in December 2018. Since that time I have had several pieces of lost mail and then I started to have packages come up missing. It would say that it was delivered to my mailbox. 00 for each of those 2 packages.

On August 11 3 small packages were shipped and insured via Priority 2 Day Mail by ADI Corp. Two Packages were to go to Minneapolis MN, the third to Chicago IL. (tracking numbers below.)
