I placed a order with papa John over a month ago. my home. me back to let me know that they stop delivering at my address. They had no explanation. Just to know. We'vehad service for a while with. Ladonia. Alabama papa John. 30 est.

They delivered to my neighbors home. the manager hung up the phone on me as I was trying to make my point. Please correct this please. I have to gpo to phenix city al to order a pizza and when I get it home its cold .

I informed my manager that I didn't get my paycheck,the response was it was my fault probably my paperwork was most likely wrong.not I'm sorry for the inconveniences or I'll jump right on it we will make it right no none of that.so now I'm going to contact the department of labor and wages division.to file a complaint.

Ordered pizza was supposed to meet them at store like I always do 10 minutes before time waited 10 after time to call them see where they where. They said they called me 3 times but I had my phone right with me it didnt ring with me but I checked to make sure something didn't go wrong but had no calls from them .

Then they said they where closing but they didn't come out with the pizza either because I was 10 minutes early as I always am. My grand kids was looking forward to pizza an we had no pizza to have for dinner.

Bought an Hawaiian pizza at 11th street, Houston Texas. It was tasteless. Would expect more for $18. Had very little cheese, sauce, bacon or pineapple. Always liked your pizzas but can't see wasting my money in pizzas like this.

The last couple of times I’ve ordered pizza from the CENTERPOINT location in Birmingham AL has been terrible. The toppings are so scares to where you could see the crust throughput the entire pizza. I tried it one more time last night, however this time the pizza crust was burnt, as well as the crust to the cheese sticks was burnt and it had very little cheese on the cheese sticks.

Store bought pizzas are better than this location. Mt pizza was also dried out. My sister ordered one as well for the first time and she too was dissatisfied and will never order again from this establishment again. I have a $10 rewards coupon that i have tried to use online now twice and it comes back as an error. So i called the local store and explained to them that it would not allow me to submit my order and i would like to order through them i was told that they could not honor my $10 rewards coupon unless ordered online.

Placed this order at 11:49 AM and it wasn't ready until 12:39. My wife went to pick it up and after noticing that several customers, who got there after she arrived, received their order, she questioned Papa John's process.

The manager who was making pizzas screamed to the front desk attendant, "their order will be coming out soon." It wasn't until 15 minutes later that the order came out and no one apologized for the delay.

Poor service if this nature cannot go unnoticed and someone needs to be looking at the online orders. Actions like this hurt your customer base and will make us reconsider when and if placing orders in the future.

Ordered online to pappa John's, for delivery, when I checked my order tracking I find that my order was put down as collection. I don't drive and couldn't leave my house due to having covid! The store manager was rude disrespectful and wouldn't give me his name or allow me to have the details on how to complain.

Pizza dough was undercooked. Cheese was not melted, veggies were raw and pizza was cold. I did not have another hour to wait for another pizza so I put it in oven and finished cooking it myself. $27 for a pizza I had to cook on my own after waiting for it.
