I placed my order online at 5:12 p.m. & the email & screen stated that my order would be ready in 25- 30 minutes.
When I arrived at Papa John's they told me that it would be 25-30 minutes even though I had placed my order online.
There was a long line of people waiting for their online orders as well and every person that came in, was told the exact same thing.
Several customers left that day.
It was 6:19 before I received my order.
There was no kind of compensation, coupon or anything offered for the inconvenience that was caused.
An elderly couple said that was their first and last time ever ordering there.
Sad that they do not care enough about their customers to at least offer something when there are all kinds of pizza places on every corner.
Poor customer service.
