I am a new client here and I have had nothing bad experience after a bad experience. I came to this company because I just purchased a house and I moved my car insurance here my house insurance would be cheaper. Ok.

So I did just that. 1 problem. My car insurance was higher than at my other insurance company. My daughter and myself was on the same policy so it made it higher. I was told it was because she had not had her license for 1 year yet.

So I told the agent to just take her off and I would get her a non-owners owners policy, she said ok. I did just that. When I moved my car insurance here I had to pay the old ins company over 100 dollars for leaving before my term was up.

My house insurance policy went right threw no problem the date was December 16. Every month I either called…

The complaint is against the office in North Carolina the adjuster Quintin Nance he has been very unprofessional. My mother is the person that was in the accident one of your insured backed into her. I’m her daughter and stepping in on because my mother is a senior. This has been nothing but a headache with the office and the office manager Justin Shore. My mothers has not been fixed and they are trying to take her rental car back. They have now stopped paying for her rental her car and her car is halfway fixed. The NC office manager has not been helpful with this matter. Can someone assist with this matter please give me a call. I have also listed the claim and policy number. I’m reaching out here first before I take next steps.

The Adjustor office of Farm Bureau keeps giving me the run around to send me a check to get my car fixed. He requested I send the check back I sent it to my local agency and they emailed him /(Garrett Poole a copy ) and sent it to him buy mail.

He keeps saying he don’t have the check or email. I call and he has not called back. At this point this is unexceptable because I feel like a I am getting the run around and it’s not fair to me when someone hit my car and ran.

I have been with Farm Buteau I know over 15 plus years and this is how I’m treated. Wow. The last name Sarah at the local office was helpful and saying she sent it with attaching me on to the email Friday and I have yet to hear from the Adjustor.

We both drivers had nc farm bureau auto insurance the guy had a stop sign and pulled out in front of me which caused me to hit him. The police report even deemed the other driver at fault at the accident scene. But once it came to make a claim the adjuster which I told him the other driver had a dashcam and it would prove I wasn’t at fault well somehow they deemed us both at fault even with a clear evidence from the dashcam and the police report that I wasn’t at fault. I had asked for the dashcam footage from the beginning of the claim process and was denied the whole time and finally I hired a lawyer since I was also injured in the accident to help get that dashcam footage and other evidence.
