Front desk waa aggressive, wrongfullu evicted me, was homophobic and antagonize a mental health patient, did not refund me my money.

And called the police with false claims.

I am staying at the motel 6 in apple valley california.

And the front office tells me that i am not aloud to go to my rv in the night as much as i want nor can my dog be in there to secure the rv.

If i am paying money for a room wich gets me away from home and i am not disturbing anyine why cant i go to my own RV when i want

I worked at motel6 last year and I quit because they did not give me my pay raise they promised when they promoted me 7 months earlier, instead they had me working 12 to 16 hours a day and then suspended me for letting someone use our restroom.

Now I can't even get them to send me my W2s so that I can file my taxes on time!

They act like they are there working as a team but there is no team effort there, no true hospitality, but plenty of judgements.

She then says "no you dont have anything to say to me you can get your sh*t and leave my goddamn hotel.

I already have the police coming do I need to have them come for you too?" So I said " im finna leave im not paying…

I will complain about them when I stay at the hotel last week I talked to someone at the corporate office too they got the complain and they sent it down to the motel 6 while I was at I called like 20 times down there and ask for the gym manager on a manager they said leave a message and get back to me and you never do I call and they say that man she has not called me or nothing about what happened to me at the hotel please either give me a free night on my money back cuz that's the second time they done that to me please

Did you know that the hotel6 in great falls,MT has closed and still charged my wife 853.

00 for a room she never slept in.

we checked in to Motel 6 on November 14th we were moving from Florida to Ohio had been up since 5am the day before, was just happy to get a room when we went down the hall and into the room, you could smell cigarette smoke the hole building smelled of it so I did not complain.

00 deposit back, I called Motel 6 at Rock Hill SC and was told there was smoke in my room so I am not getting my deposit back.

That is so not true my husband has COPD and as soon as I got him settled in the room I had to go get his oxygen machine.

11/26/23 - Stayed at the Motel 6 in Cocoa Beach Florida on 11/25/23.

The 1 person staff at the front desk was nice.

The motel itself was nasty, dirty inside and out and overall disgusting.

Roaches on the floor.

Beds did not feel clean.

Refrigerator was nasty and dirty.

I am so disappointed.

Stayed here several times in the past and was nice and clean with reasonable rates and well run.

I have been here a year and was given a fixed rate.

New owners Sept took over and said we owed money nov.

I’m a single father of two and I was recently displaced back in September and had been staying at motel 6 in Hammond since and paying daily.

Apparently there was some sort of discrepancy about the payment that I made yesterday because I book through hotels.com and I paid for the wrong day.

Instead of being contacted and being able to resolve the issue management waited until this morning 10/28 to call the police and have me escorted off the property.

No one contacted me before hand nor was i even given a chance to rectify the situation.

This is very humiliating and embarrassing.

I was customer for almost two months and I struggled to pay daily and to be treated like this is unacceptable.

I sent my little brother $120 last night, October 17, 2023, for dinner and a hotel for the night.

He went into the Motel 6 that is located at 221 NE Chkalov Dr, Vancoucer, WA around 10:30PM-11:00PM, and the woman working the counter refused to rent him a room because he was under 21.

I had looked up the motel policies on the Motel 6 website, which stated "All guests registering must be at least 18 years of age and must provide valid picture identification", and sent a screenshot to him right before he went in.

When he tried to show her the screenshot, she refused to look at it, and claimed that even thought the official motel policy states that you have to be 18 or older, the machine won't take your ID unless you are at least 21.

I have been here going on 3 weeks.

No housekeeping services, you have to go to the front desk if you need to Anything after a week?

Then the pipes busted today flooded the Building Room That filled up with water.

All on my belongings.

The fire alarm would not stop going off for about 3 hours.

Can't use the bathroom brush my teeth or even shower the whole day.

Because we have no water, we have to wait own front desk to open our doors individually.

Because the key card machine stop to working.

So every time I leave my room.

I have to wait on someone to come back and open it.

And where the water has spilled over all the carpet the whole hotel stinks.

I made a reservation online using my valid credit card as I've done at so many other Motel 6's.

Sometimes I pay with cash but usually pay for the room on the card.

This Motel 6 (Cedar City Utah) contacted me at 2:30pm local time and informed me my credit card was no good and continued to say "They do not reserve rooms with bad cards".

They cancelled the reservation.

My card is not bad.

I am continuing to check my account so I can be sure they do not charge me for the room.

This is extremely bad customer service.

There was no refrigerator and there was no ice makers that worked we had a baby that had to have food refrigerated and we couldn't even do that so I said ok I'll get ice and put it in the trash cans and it will stay cold that way but when I went to get ice the makers were not working so there for the food got spoiled it was a inconvenience and out the pocket expense the people that work there keep giving me the run around and tell me athey don't know when the manager will be in or she just left or they don't pick up the phone it's very frustrating and they are very unprofessional I would like to be refunded for my stay

Bottom line, Motel 6 Shrader Rd Richmond VA has the WORST staff I've ever seen.

They accepted the payment for a guest's room for 2 days by a type of "assistance" program, which they had no issues with.

But when the guest checks, they don't even check to see if name matches or anything, they tell her that since no ID, even though they confirmed she is paid for, THE CLERK TOLD HER SHE CANNOT HAVE ANY TOILETRIES, TOWELS...

NOTHING since she didn't match reservation, yet they didn't even check that!

They also said "crisis better find another hotel for you." Which is outright discrimination based on so many factors.

That is just HORRIBLE to do to someone for no reason at all, and just no concerns at all by any of them.

I was able to rent for 2 nights only to be told on the third night I was on the DNR NATIONWIDE LIST.

I then reached corporate and was told that I had rented out a room in Texas back in Nov.

2020 and left it very damaged.

I haven't been to Texas since around 2007 or so.

So I am demanding a investigation on this matter.

I am also speaking to my attorney for advice on this.

Someone rented a room under my name and you allowed it.

And it took me 4 yrs since it happened to find out nobody EVER reached out to me.

Arrived around 6pm, it was busy and was tired from a long day.

First problem, checked in and found the room wasn't serviced or stripped and not properly sanitary clean.

In other words, front desk person, who apologized said he was filling in for someone and I believe he was given a hard time by housekeeping who all left him with messy unrentable rooms at 5pm and went home.

My dog has been suffering with kidney failure , I am currently struggling with housing issues, booked a 2 DAY STAY at motel 6. my dog couldnt control his bladder and went pee on the bed ON ACCIDENT, i tried to clean it, called front desk and went down to the receptionist to see what i could do about it , they told me all i could do was take a new sheet and that was it.

The following day (when it was a different staff) i had extended my stay and they moved me to another room, this staff who was not there for the pee incident called my room to tell me I NEED TO CONTROL MY DOG, EVEN AFTER I EXPLAINED MY BABY (MY DOG) HAS A SICKNESS.
