The sales representative in ayala watsons was super rude, we were asking questions about the lipsticks and her responses were sarcastic and she didn’t seem to want to assist us. It’s dissapointing as I was looking forward to buying new makeup.

I bought Eraser multi use Age rewind while in the USA.

I am very disappointed in its performance, it is like applying wood filler and changes colour on the skin after a while , when you are no longer looking at it!

It is really hard to blend and feels coarse.

I would like a refund for this product which is wholly unsatisfactory.

I was so excited to hear about your vinyl ink range! its not stayfast. Disappointing for me because I have found your Brand to be the best stayfast and have since only been buying your lipstick. sigh

Over the last two years you have been shorting everyone on the pump up mascara. There is not enough product in the tube. Hope you fix the problem soon.

I bought stiletto mascara from Walmart and it was dried up. They would not take it back cause of hygiene reason. All they had to do is return it to you. I'm out at least $12 for something I can't use. Not impressed.

I bought the Maybelline hyper easy eyeliner this is the second one I bought and all it does is crumble into pieces as soon as you try to use it very disappointing considering what I paid for them

I have bought and used the SuperStay 24® 2-Step Liquid Lipstick Makeup for several years now and love it as far as the color and 'super-stay' part of the product goes. What I don't like is the conditioning balm running out long before the color part of the product.

I have several of the colors but am always using the balm from a newly purchased liquid lipstick. Why not sell the balm as an extra product line? I know I am not alone in this complaint. Hope to hear you are listening. Thank you.

I love your Tattoo Studio Gel Pencil Eyeliner but I have had a problem with the crayon liner coming out. I push it back in but once this happens every time I pull off the cap the suction pulls the crayon out again. Because the crayon is so permanent it makes a mess on my hands, fingers and clothing and it is difficult to remove.

I bought a double pack of your expert wear twin eye & brow pencils. (Velvet black) As I sharpened them to continue use the makeup would fall to pieces. I am a true Maybelline makeup user.

My daughter and I are using Maybeline full coverage softe bronze foundation, as from Novemver 2019 we are unable to get this. We went to Clicks River Square and Meyerton, Foachini Three Rivers , no stock of this colour. Today is the 12 of February 2020 already.

I bought clear glow all in one BB cream from my nearby shop. I found the oil n cream was separate. Even after shaking the tube it won't mix.

I bought the Maybelline master precise Skinny eyeliner in charcoal twice in the last couple of months and both times the liner has broken. I had used it before and it was fine. Each time I tried to use it, liner would break. I would try to twist it to use another piece of the pencil and it still continued to break. I paid around $9.00 for each one and I hate throwing money away. I love your mascaras and lip colors but I am not pleased with this at all.

The makeup I purchased , did not line up to open. Also the tip fell off. The design of the product very poorly made.

I purchased a maybeline great lash mascara and old favourite of mine less than 2 weeks ago. But its all dried out he mascara. It was correctly sealed with the plastic. I dont live near a dischem walmer park port Elizabeth where i purchased it to return it.

The snapscara I purchased only a few days ago did not include an expiry date. This poses a health issue and now I am concerned because I got an eye infection the same day as application. I am not allergic to several products I’ve tried throughout the years and have never received this problem.

After I stopped using this product my eyes cleared up and returned to normal. My main complaint it that the packaging has no expiry date/ shelf life. After all it could be a coincidence my eyes reacted odd despite not having any other changes to my makeup routine.

Is there anyone I can talk to about receiving a refund?

I bought your mechanical Black eye liner and only had it for 2wks. All of the black came out at once and now the pencil is empty. If I didn't pay 10.99 for it, I wouldn't care. I buy all my makeup at CVS in Fuquay Varina NC, and they told me I need to contact you. Unfortunately, I do not have the plastic and cardboard it came in. I wanted to try something new, but that will be the last time i do that. I will stick to your regular pencils.

Hello maybelline! I would like to register the dissatisfaction I just had when opening a Lipstick of your brand. it is wrapped and sealed and when I opened it it was all scratched with some strange marks and the top was as if it had been cut.

I was very sad because this was the first lipstick of your brand that I bought and now I have to throw it away. I can't use something that might be contaminated. I'm sending pictures of lipstick at the moment I opened.

I really want to know what are you gonna do about that!

I have been using your eyebrow pencil for over 60 years and loved the refill one, that you did away with. Then I went to Expert Wear and learned to love it, discontinued!!! I am very frustrated with what you think can be double duty with eye liner and eyebrow pencil.

I have been using your Super Stay 24 lipstick for years and I love it. The color lasts extremely longer than the "gloss" that is attached with the whole lipstick "way longer". So I have around 9 color tubes and no gloss with them because the gloss portion ran out. I am spending a lot of money buying more lipstick because of that. Of course I am sure companies do that to make you purchase more. I love the product but it isn't cheap. I don't know why a separate gloss isn't sold. I am thinking of trying something different and I really don't want to.

I have been buying your skinny eye liner for a couple of years now. The past three that have i purchased the tip of the liner has broken off every time I try to apply. Not only does it make a mess on my eyes, it is no longer usable and I have now had to throw away three tubes.

I kept trying it thinking maybe I just had a bad item but it keeps happening. i used to love the product but I will not buy it again. It has become a huge waste of money.

I have bought 2 different times from Walgreens in Spring hill Florida while there for my 6 month snowbird stay, and both times had very poor luck with your eye liner it is the liquid master duo 500 black lacquer P91M It dried up in about 2 weeks of opening and no more use to it both times.

The Maybelline product lash sensational somptueux leaves unattractive black smuges on my upper lids and was a waste of money as I can not use it due to the mess it leaves.

I have been using your Maybelline master precise skinny automatic pencil in sharp brown for several years without a problem. Recently I have had to discard four pencils. The color tip keeps breaking off. Extremely frustrating and I am wasting money.

What changes did you make in this product? I have always recommended this product to family And friends but will no longer do so. Very disappointing!

I have used Maybelline products for MANY years, I purchased the Gel Pencil Liner, 1st time using it the tip broke off, then sharpening the pencil was a real treat, never again. I got the gel all over my hands and it wouldn't come off. Maybelline is not the product it once was.

So dissapointed with Maybelline on shoppee. They cancelled my order coz they failed to ship it on time. I am maybelline user ever since and most of the time I always buy their products at tge store, but since I am into online shopping now I placed and order instead just to be dissapointed.

Maybelline SUPER STAY MATTE INK lipstick. I bought this in hopes of long wearing, not coming off or having to apply a moisturizer on top of color.

However, it wears off way to fast, wipes off on napkin when eating and has transferred to my cups while drinking. It gets blotchy and end up removing with make up wipes.

I use dream satin liquid foundation when ive got a quarter of a bottle left it dosent pump out which is a waste as the top cant be removed it dosent twist off or pull off .

I am very disappointed with Maybelline Snapscara mascara. I had to reapply it multiple times and it flakes off afterwards. I threw the tube out and will never buy it again.

I started to frequently wear makeup at the age of 29 to cover the imperfections of looking dull, pale and unmoisturized. It has been 9 years strong and I am now 37. I wear the shade dark cocoa 3. This shade gives my face a luminous glow and a Hollywood spray tan look.

I started with the introduction of Fit Me but shade 355 coconut was a bit to light. Then the company upgraded to an actual airbrush spray can tool like bottle that I regret i didn't get to try, then airbrush liquid mousse, then dream liquid mousse with a air brush finish.

I depend on this product to make me feel beautiful because I have a scar on my cheek and I don't want to look dry and plain, recently they changed the formula to satin and now the color dark 3 is too dark, and I feel like I am mimicking a "black face"…

My complaint is with the compact makeup verses the loose powder makeup. Since I was in high school I have used only Maybelline products. Someone in your company came up with the idea to start making the loose powder makeup. First, I want to point out that the container does not fit in a makeup bag that I carry in my purse. Then there is a very big problem touching up my makeup while I am in my car. The makeup comes out in sprinkles. Whoever thought this would be a great idea? Forget about even coverage, not happening with sprinkle loose powder. Sprinkles of makeup on my clothes. This cannot be avoided unless I take a towel with me and cover up my clothing!
