Every time I went to watch Hulu on my phone it makes me log out and log back in then it still doesn’t work and I have to out and back in a few times for it to work. I also have to try several times on the tv to get it to function properly to.

I have even rebooted both phone and tv and it’s not my devices!!! I’ve been a loyal customer for a while and this sucks

I wanted the free trial with Hulu. 95. I do not want to stay with this shyster company. When i tried to send an email they would not allow it. I am going to put a stop on the money they took and I will do it every time they charge me!!!

Allowed an fraudulent account to be set up using my stolen personal info. 00+ tax for the past 6 months. I contacted Hulu customer service department and reported this issue to them last month. I was supposed to be refunded and the subscription was supposed to be canceled & refund issued.

I am writing to Hulu as a complaint and warning. I have had several friends cancel their hulu membership strictly due to the volume of the commercials, and I am about to do the same. We normally listen to and don't care about commercials, but this is ridiculous.

We have to mute the commercials and therefore don't even pay attention to them, so it doesn't benefit anyone for them to be 10 times louder than the actual shows/movies. We can't even watch Hulu in the bedroom because the commercials wake us up if we fall asleep.

I highly suggest fixing this before losing more customers.

We want you to know we are having problems with Hulu.There trying to say that it's are fire stick. But it's not because we tried it on another device it. still did it.

I've noticed that Hulu has added a significant amount of commercials. e. laden shows with an enormous amount of commercial content that interrupts the flow of the shows. It was tolerable in the past when we knew we'd have to watch 4 commercial breaks per show/episode, but now it seems like every 5 minutes there are commercial breaks.

I understand the advertising revenues, but this is ridiculous. It's basically cable tv and I've had enough of the constant stream of advertisements. Hulu has gone from great to worst.

It has a 5 minute ad every frickin 5 miniutes in movies and tv shows. It completely ruins what your watching. It turns a 1 hour 30 min movie into a 2 and a half hour movie. If you are going to put in some many God Damn ads, at least try to make them only 60 seconds.

Then, you have to pay extra just to get good movies, why do you think I bought Hulu, to watch good movies, not just to have to buy another add on to watch a decent movie. And if you don’t get the stars or hbo add on, you only get 1 star movies made with a 5$ budget with actors you’ve never even heard of or seen before.

If I’m paying over 90$ a month for service, it better be frickin good. And don’t make us pay even more just to watch movies that should’ve been on there in the first place. Stop being so greedy and desperate…

99 and raised 3 times. 99. Constant commercials on cut movies, hey I'm paying so commercials shouldn't be so intrusive. Things recorded, show on in my stuff but won't play. I'm talking only 1 day after recorded. Not user friendly.

Spent hours, days watching America's cup only to have Hulu record but can't play. So I missed the race and YouTube gave me results before I could watch so lost all that, Thanks Hulu! You really know how to screw up tv.

Only been around for decades. Some learning curve you need. Extremely disappointed with Hulu and wish I had better choices. Dish is superior but the contract makes me stay away. I just can't believe how inefficient and greedy Hulu has become.

Literally every 2 minutes I get an ad there are 10 ads in the goddamn 25 minute show how the fuck does that happen I pay $15 a month maybe more and you guys want to charge me for watching ads that's bullshit

Also your system locks up a lot. Always turning off tv for 20 to 30 seconds and than restarting tv. The problem is not my internet connection either. Have had it several times. Getting upset with Hulu service

My channels were not on the dashboard after the update. I called customer service'. Both times I was cut off. On both calls I explained I was handicapped with arthritis and unable to type or push buttons easily. I also explained I was not familiar with tech. The second call I made did show me where my channels was, but she could not tell me where to find what she told me to click. She had to add a local channel which she had problems doing.

At the end I requested to be transferred to a person to complain about the my channels move because it will be much more difficult for me to navigation this change due to my handicap. Tried to get connected to Hulu from our Mts. cabin every time we tried we had to change our permanent address to the mts. which we did after 4 times it would not let us in [we only use Hulu here in the mts.

My accounts was hacked 5 times! Upper mgmt said there's nothing they will do about it. I told them my identity had Bern compromised including credit card info! They said they wouldn't do anything but create a new account. To hell with Hulu!

Canceled service for bad customer service. I was issued a ten day credit by extending billing date. My account was billed not changing the billing date? I canceled my service because they could not fix tv shutting off at random times.

Certain channels always freeze or have a blank screen while im trying to watch them. Somethin comes across the screen saying they are working on it. This happens everyday! Channel 4 wbz does this every day and Cozi tv wasnt working over the weekend.

My service was messing up so they gave me a credit and don’t tell me it’s a 3 week credit last month so instead of me knowing that and they could have billed me the difference they changed my due date to after the 3 week credit without my knowledge and tried to charge me the full balance 3 weeks earlier than my due date.

Thank God I had my card locked at the time. So now my service was off because they changed the due date. They can’t do nothing. Smh

Every Monday Thursday Saturday Sunday I cannot sit in my living room and enjoy any football game. While watching it goes back to the HULU icon. I am now paying 55 dollars to watch football on my 19 inch tv.

Hulu, like their parents company, Walt Disney, Is a pack of low life trash bags. I have a smart TV that came with Roku installed. I reviewed all the "streaming companies" and decided to go with Hulu. What a mistake.

Hulu never disclosed that my account was a "third party" arrangement. When I recently moved I notified Hulu. I got two different emails telling me "my refund would be automatically processed. That was on October 25. Today is November 5.

When I called Hulu this morning I was told my "refund was processed on 10/25 but since my account is third party it was sent to Roku". When you go on Roku, they post on line "no refunds". In other words, Hulu sent my information to Roku, unauthorized, then after telling me my refund would be processed, I discover it is all a rip off. Low life…

Hulu constantly refreshes or “freezes up”...over 20 times while trying to watch the World Series...Extremely frustrating!!! Blurry picture and voice is consistently behind lip movements. Can’t believe I pay for this service...what a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hula has added programming that I didn't want or ask for, and requested to have my account locked. So I this couldn't happen again. It's happened over and over again and since August of 21019 since filing with the BBB problems are still there and have happened numerous times. Now, I'm filing with the Attorney General. As I feel by credit card has been charged with unauthorized charges to my credit without my authorization. This all began several months ago when I was not longer able to use 3 different Blu-ray players and switched to a firestick.

I was watching "A Million Little Things" from the Hulu cloud. Before I could finish it with about 10-15 mins left, I got the video-02 error message. I did everything it asked of me. No success. I have had numerous issues with Hulu. When it works, it is beautiful. But, I have done everything their tech support has recommended. I have the top internet speed available from Verizon FiOS.

Hulu will not allow me to watch shows in my stuff in their entirety while the show is still airing. I missed the beginning of Colbert by ten minutes, I go to “my stuff” the latest episode I’m allowed to watch is last night. If I go live I’m not permitted to rewind to beginning of episode. Hulu doesn’t seem to be aware of what day it is, which episode is current, or if I should have access to “transport controls” of shows I am recording.

This is completely unacceptable. If I’m recording a show, I should be able to rewind the recording. If a show aired last night, it shouldn’t be the latest episode at the same time the latest episode is airing the next day. Seriously, wtf is wrong with you people?

I have been trying to run programs on Hulu for about a month. Have contacted them 3 times with no resolution of the problem. I keep getting the error message BYA-400-007. This problem is on my iPads only. Programs come up but when I try to run them I get the error message.
