Still no notice that it's shipped!
Smart ass customer service girl, Anna, who smarts off about "how would I know your order #", when the message on hold states they're looking up your order based on your phone #.
When I call her out on it, she puts me on hold (I've already been on hold 15 minutes for her rude self!) she sends me to Lorena Geein who doesn't bother to pick up the phone or call back!
SURPRISE!
Worse that anything is the message playing "WE OUR CUSTOMERS LIKE FAMILY & TRY NOT TO LET YOU DOWN!" I laugh...
