Bought a 10 x 12 green house.
20 plus hours into the build found out one of the parts was wrong.
Called the number on the box an found to be harbor freight customer service.
Advised after 30 plus minutes of no idea of what to do they would call us back following day after 12 and talking with a manager.
Next day after 1oclock called the number back no one had a clue as previous call.
Still customer service had no idea of what to do.
Over an hour later and only option being told to just take it back to the store.
Impossible but they could not understand the 20 hours already to erect it not counting $300 for stone and leveling that took over 10 hours.
Final answer was they were sorry but I should have filled out the form on line.
Next day after calling in an finally having results…
