I called the dispute resolution center, and spoke with a person who had a very heavy Indian accent. This person was very hard to understand. I gave him all the information that he requested. He then said he was transfering my call to the dispute resolution center and I would have to give the same information to that call center. 00.
All I had to do was say yes. I wasn't interested in the gift card, so I said no. By that time I was very frustrated with 5/3's automated call system so I hung up. 5/3 immediately called me and was told I had to answer yes to the gift card before I could continue.
So I answered yes to the gift card and was then told by the first person that I spoke to that the resolution was settled. Why couldn't he say that in the first place? At the final call center the…
