I purchased a TV from Amazon. The day of delivery came, Amazon reported it as delivered but no TV. When looking closely at the picture provided, it became clear why, the porch it was on when the picture was taken was not mine.
My porch is wood, the porch the TV was left on was brick and cement. So I contacted FedEx and the Seller. The Seller contacted FedEx. The seller was provided with the contradictory pictures which is about as clear proof as you can get.
However, after almost a month, I finally get told that FedEx has denied my claim. And guess what, the picture that was on that order in Amazon is gone. My other orders still have their pictures, the one verifying the wrong house received my TV is gone. Makes one wonder.
