Farmers Insurance

I needed to get car insurance and I was talking to a co-worker about it. Another co-worker over heard us and says she also works at Farmers insurance and I should stop by and check it out. Unfortunately I did and it's been a nightmare from almost the very beginning.

1) I asked for a paperless policy and received 8 letters in 1 month. 6 months later after talking with her many times it still says no on the computer where it asks for paperless or not. 2) I have had the policy for 6 months and received emails threatening cancelation for non payment days after I already paid.

She always had excuses for it and told me that she took care of it but my next bill had a late fee attached to it from the month before. 3) They want to take a cancelation fee out of the refund amount I'm owed when…
