It was a bad situation. 1) the customer service is need to be better trained at what they can and can't do. One advocate says no they can't take payments and another took my payment and another would say I had to go to the agent I set up the policies with originally.
The agent lied to me Sete up with high deductibles which I did t need. I got lied to and was mislead about payments and the amount When I cancelled my policies the customer advocate was rude and couldn't cancel my policies in which other places could do that.
So I had to call the advocate I spoke with who set up The policies with, she was rude and arrogant and no where in the in the conversations in the cancellations of the policies was I asked why and whom I was going with. That right there tells me Erie Insurance doesn't…
