I contacted customer service on 7/17/19 at 10:00p and was chatting with Luke.

He got all my information and asked how he could assist me, when I told him what was going on with my order he disconnected our chat at 10:15p!!!

I would like an explanation on why he was so rude to disconnect the chat and not say anything?!

Very poor customer service and I will be writing a review on my experience with Luke at shoephoria!!!!

And on top of that, I paid for two day shipping and my package will not be arriving in the two days I paid for!

My package should be arriving Thursday but it’s saying I will receive it on Friday!!

What is really going on?

Deptford NJ store.

Awful store empty Not 1 person acknowledged me or asked if I needed assistance.

Young girl on staff Basically wearing pajamas, unkept.

Next to me in clearance didnt offer any help.

Sloppy employees...awful customer service.

Very unlike other dsw stores all over the country I visit... boooo.

I do not have a complaint.

As a matter of fact I wanted to highlight the exceptional customer service I received at the DSW store located at the Forum (#29456).

I initially ordered what I thought were white shoes from online.

When the shoes arrived, the color was more of a dull light grey--not at all close to what I wanted.

I took the shoes to the Forum location and was met by the most bubbly and pleasant associate named Lauren.

Lauren offered to re order the shoes for me but after some reasearch, we determined this particular shoes was more of a grey color and not white like I wanted.

Lauren patiently search for comparable options online w/ no luck and started searching the store.

She found the cutest pair of white flats that were perfect and the right price.

Good morning, so I ordered a shoe on 06/26/19 at store DSW SILVERLAKE VILLAGE order confirmation number 7771010524845; and upon calling the store after speaking with two people my order wasn't located.

So I was offered to speak with a supervisor Tony on 07/11/2019 and he then located the shoe.

The representative got back on the phone which wasn't Tony and advised me that the shoe came in without a tag so they couldn't identify who the shoe belong to.

I honestly think this is poor service due to me needing this sandal for a wedding this past weekend 07/06/19 which I was advised that it would be back on time for this occasion.

So as a result of no one knowing where and who the shoe belong too it sat there awaiting someone to claim it.

So as a result who is going to compensate me for…

6 people in line on a Saturday at 1pm (day before Father’s Day).

One person checking out customers.

Three employees to the right of the door when you walk in doing something.

No idea what, but I cannot imagine what took three people and was more important than your customers.

I put my shoes down and left.

Poor customer service.

Such a disappointment.

I had made a special trip to Baton Rouge to buy shoes.

No other reason.

On Friday June 7, 2019.

My niece and I went to shop at DSW in Robinson Center of Pittsburgh Pa.

The entire time that we entered the store, the female manager started watching me for some reason ( I think her name was Karil) I cannot recall.

Although my niece and I both had shoes to return that we purchased two days before at another DSW.

Of which we had the receipts for.

We weren't feeling good from eating at a Longhorn: so we kept sitting in between looking for other shoes.

We both got sick and had to use the bathroom at same time.

When we got to register she was talking super extremely loud to us.

I simply asked her can she lower her voice that I have a headache.

I ordered some shoes I needed for work and a necklace.

I verified it would arrive within 4-7 days (I had them shipped to the store).

On May 21st it was 7 business days and I kept checking my email for DSW saying to come in for pickup, but nothing.

On the 23rd I tracked the package saying it had arrived to the store on the 17th!

I had gotten no notice of this from DSW!

I get an hour for lunch so that same day I went to pick up my order.

They found it right away except the necklace hadn’t arrived.

I just needed the shoes so I asked for a refund on the necklace.

She tried but somehow the order was locked.

The manager supposedly couldn’t unlock it so they called someone (I don’t know if it was corporate or who), she explained the entire story to the representative but was told they…

I have called Customer Service 3 times at different telephone numbers, and none of the representatives were able to help.

There were no interfacing databases or managers/supervisors who had any authority to serve my needs.

I purchased $145.

57 in shoes today and presented the cashier at the Palisades Mall in West Nyack, NY a promotional fold-out discount, expecting $20 off my purchase (over $99).

There was a bar code card missing from the folder which I had not opened until I got to the store.

As I regular customer, I was surprised by the salesperson who would not honor the promotion, but I could understand her position.

The manager Suleidys was rude and could not override the transaction, although one of my calls to Customer Services suggested that was the way to go. **It is amazing…

AT THE DSW ATLANTIC CENTER MALL IN Brooklyn NEW YORK, NOT ONCE BUT TWICE I HAVE PLACED BOOTS ON HOLD.

THE VARY NEXT DAY I GO TO PICK UP THE BOOTS AND THE BOOTS ARE NOT THERE.

I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS BRANCH.

HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN IN THE SAME STORE TWICE.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCE THIS LEVEL OF INCOMPETENCE.

SANDRA WERGINZ !! bought a part of shoes !! for $54 , "THE CLUELESS EMPLOYEE ", FIRST ,TRANSACTION register 'locked up " !!.and she ask Mrs. .

Werginz , do you mind if we go to another register . full well knowing , she didn't void the first transaction !!. inadvertently, she was 'charged 'twice' FOR THE SAME PAIR OF SHOES !!!.

AFTER NUMEROUS , CONTACTS, in trying to get the extra monies charged her . they still haven't refunded her the extra '$54 , DSW SHOES ,INC.

CHARGED HER !!! .

In making a purchase at the DSW Shoes store at our Destiny USA store , Syracuse New York.

I have been sent a card to receive a Back Pack along with the Purchase of my shoes every time I require about the Back Pack there never any in at that time.

Awhile ago you all ran a promotion for a Bag over the summer, there is never that item in.

I would like to be compensated for those items and enough free items to our store.

I have a coupon for $20.

00 off that is good until April 7th, 2019 and when I try to use it to purchase 2 pairs of shoes it says that it has already been used.

I have not ordered anything in the past 6 months.

Nor have I used this coupon card.

Ordered Skechers two or three days ago; these shoes came with a free bag.

Thank you.

However, on Saturday, I received a BOX with the bag, a packing slip and NO SHOES.

There was no explanation as to why the shoes were not included.

Can someone please explain what happened?

STARTED MOCKING ME AS A CUSTOMER ON th DSW EAR PEICE to your other worker CLARK THE YOUNG GIRL ,WITH BUSHY HAIR, ON YOUR EARPEICE.

CLARK CONTINUALLY STAYED CONNECTED TO TOMMY LAUGHING LOUD SEEMING TO ENJOY TOMMYS NEGATIVE COMMENTS ABOUT ME.

WHEN I ASKED WHAT TOMMY WAS SAYING TO MAKE HER LAUGH SHE STUMBLED A REPLY WHICH I KNEW SHE WAS LIEING.

BOTH OF THEM ACTED LIKE HENS CLUCKING THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS IN DSW.

Entered the store on November 7 to Christmas music blaring over the Soundsystem.

Then heard an ad over the same Soundsystem posting about how the store would be open all day on Thanksgiving day.

Was annoyed by both of these things but decided to keep shopping.

Needed to use the restroom.

Proceeded to the rear of the store only to find that both restrooms had an out of order sign on them.

How stupid do you think customers are!

Obviously you just don’t want to replace the toilet paper for cleaner restroom so out of sheer laziness you shut them down.

That was the final straw!

Bad enough to be pushing Christmas on us at the very beginning of November and on top of that forcing employees to work Thanksgiving day.

But then when I can’t go to the bathroom I’ve had enough!

Employee's at the Springfield il store are rude and have been spreading false information on someone to get him in trouble with his company that he works for.

This person has been professional and accurate with his business relationship.

Today I went to the DSW store off of Richmond Rd in Orange Village, Ohio.

I have always enjoyed shopping at DSW at other locations.

My complaint is for someone to check on that store.

It was a complete mess.

Shoes boxes on the floor up and down the isles.

The stacks of shoes under each sample were all jumbled up.

I was at that store when it was newly opened and it was just lovely.

Today, I was so annoyed that I just left.

I would like to mention that I have never ever made a public complaint before in my life.

I just felt this time I had to say something.

Re: DSW store located in Newark DE on Fashion Blvd.

On 7/10/2018 I attempted to order a pair of shoes with cashier Monita using a $10 off coupon that I received in the mail.

She stated that I would not be able to use it because her system showed that I used it on 6/26.

I asked to speak with the manager who's name is Nicki.

Nicki was in agreement with the cashier Monita.

Not only did I have the paper coupon, but I also had a DSW email that I received on 6/27 about the $10 coupon which I showed to both of them on my phone.

Both of them had a VERY NASTY ATTITUDE and would not honor the email or the paper coupon.

I then left, sat in my car, and ordered the shoes online USING THE SAME COUPON they would not honor.

customer service is the worst i have seen in a long time was on hold over an hour three times. i placed an order at the store thru the cashier because your computer system was screwed up she had to call shoeforia to place my order which i paid with two $25.

I have been attempting to reach a Customer Service Rep by phone the entire day.

This last time I called it was over a 7 hour wait.

That is unheard of, and I don't know how else to contact them for help with my recent order.

I have very specific questions that are not answered on the website.

I just can't imagine that there is anyone even working there to answer calls.

LIVE CHAT was the same...nobody available.

As a regular customer who has spent a lot of money at DSW and has been satisfied in the past, this whole experience has been so frustrating!

Went to the DSW Store on Queens Blvd. (NYC) on May 10, 2018 to take advantage of the free Weekender if I purchased more than $39.

I was informed that all the Weekenders were gone by 1 p.m. that day and here it was only 3 p.m.

I was also informed that I was not a "Gold or Platinum shoe buyer" and the supply had been given out earlier in the month to them.

So today I phoned the Customer Service # and was told that there was 190 minute wait and I could give a phone number where I could be contacted which I did..

As of yet (it is now 3:55 pm) I have not been contacted.

I however noticed that the Weekender Bag is still advertised on the DSW web site with the May 10 date and nowhere does it state that one has to be a "Gold or Platinum member"

I placed an order yesterday and realized I needed to make a change to it immediately after placing it.

I tried to call customer service and the wait time said 260 MINUTES!!!

I also emailed right away but received no reply.

I tried again today.

Same deal - 260 minutes!
