I bought 4 1 day peak tickets to Disneyland on 7-5-19 total cost $596.

00.

I live 6 hours away.

Anahiem had a earthquake that night so they shut all the rides.

So we left.

I should get reimbursed because we didn't get to spend more time at disney.

I know it's a safety issue.

But for hard working people that have to save everything just to make it to disneyland, I think disney should do something.

Please help in someway so my family can go back and enjoy themselves.

When shopping at Disney store you don't have bags.

You can bring the bags or buy one the Disney bags.

This is a rip-off, bags should be free like in is in any retail store and it use to be at the Disney stores.

You can't take your product home without a bag.

The bags cost the customer $1.

Here having the moust complicated weekend of my life...getting here at the hotel 2 days ago found that the floors are super disgusting all sticky and even bees on the floors...can't walk without shoes is super bad...let them know from managers to house keeping no results keep passing fault one to another with not result I still have my floors all dirty is a shame that trying to look for comfort have to be all weekend with my shoes on ...have a 5 year old girl she is sad couse can't take here shoes off don't want my family or friends to pass true this experience that should be a good one and in sted have an ufull.

bought tickets for three, first time my 8 year old has been here, This was the first park we went to ,..got on one ride , crowds where out of control. ate a quick lunch and left.

Called customer service to get a credit to another park or refund and was denied and put to the curb.

I must say that I am very surprised and a little bit upset with customer service during my call.

Sad to say my sons first experience was very un satisfactory, as well as ours.

Good Afternoon,

Every year I visit my local arena to enjoy Disney on Ice for my family.

This year I was very upset about the numbers of times the members fell during their performance.

I also was hit in the head by one of the workers who sell the cotton candy.

He did apologize but it was the fact that he couldn't see where he was going and who he hit.

I am a single mother who paid for close seats so it could be a great show.

I just wasn't very happy I paid for close seats and the girls kept messing up. if there is any compensation you can do to help I would really appreciate that.

I was seen at the Stockton Arena ,Stockton California on Saturday Feb 9, 2019 at 7pm.

For tickets Section 105 Row 5 Seats 10-15.

I purchased the Incredibles 2 Hydrofoil playset boat for my grandson this Christmas.

The water slide that is suppose to fold out of the boat is missing.

This is mainly the reason he wanted this toy.

I went thru Walmart to order it.

They wont send a new one unless I take the one I got him for Christmas away from him .

COME ON, I cant take his Christmas present away.

Can you simply ship me the fold up slide that was suppose to be in it.

I will put it on myself.

My boss girlfriend gave me three pass for Disney world.

I arrived to Orlando on Monday from Philadelphia stay over my daughter house for Christmas holiday.

On Wednesday 12/19/18 my grandchildren and I went to Disney world.

When we arrived the park.

I approach a customer associated and show her the three pass and ask her where do I take the she ask me for a membership card I told her I don't one.

She said you have a holiday pass and I need the person who gave me the pass to be there with me, I told her my boss girlfriend gave the passed but she lives in Philadelphia.

She said if I call my boss girlfriend and ask her if she have the membership card and send a copy on e-mail they could let me.

This may be the wrong forum for this type of complaint, but it seemed the best option on your webpage.

We Love Disney and everything it's founders stood for, believing that to be America and everything that is good and honorable about our country and our people.

That's why my Wife and I, and not a few other members of the audience were both shocked and offended by the inclusion of Donald Trump in the American Presidents attraction.

Had we known he was, we would certainly not have patronized it.

Out of courtesy to others, we did not walk out, and I'll tell you Uncle Walt would not have approved of his inclusion in this feature, nor would he approve of the language and comments we heard from others around us.

I was starting to watch the Wonderful World of Disney: Magical Holiday Celebration.

And I was very disappointed in what I saw as I felt that it was very disrespectful towards our children as the children performing in the show was in a displeasing matter to the point that I turned it especially when Gwen Stefani performed have naked.

Really I thought that Disney was more respectful than that.

I am very disappointed in Disney as it is suppose to be geared towards children.

And I know that Walt Disney would of been to what has happened to the innocent days.

Had Halloween tickets for 8 people which we paid for for October 12,2018.

We traveled from Nevada to California on Friday to be there at least by 3:00pm.

Disneyland started letting people in at 3:30pm.

Started California adventure which we never have been to and it was also our granddaughters first time being there.

Went over to the Disneyland park afterwards and started getting passes we used the wheel chair exits the only good thing about the whole trip.

As you know it started raining shortly before the other guest were suppose to leave the park.

It started pouring we probably went on about 5 rides.

At 9:40 decided to leave since all the rides were closing especially small world and all the little kid rides.

Everything is a pits.

I'm coming 19 87 oh, and it has only gotten worse.

Your Fast Track concept is so stupid.

Because there are still horrible lines.

It would be better if you just let everybody goes through at the same time and it would make it much faster as they used to be.

I know you guys don't care.

But that's A piece of my mind.

Went to Goofy's kitchen for a party of 7, over $300.

00 spent, had our parking ticket validated. went to leave and had to pay $36.

00.

The attendant told us that Disney walk is not affiliated with the disney hotel.

How can it have the same name of Disney.

Asked to speak with a supervisor and basically was laughed at.

Been a Anaheim resident since 1971 and never has this happened.

If they do not have any signs posted, why would they not accept a validated ticket from any part of Disney, does not make any sense and no help from the attendants at all.

On July 1st 2018, my grand daughters were visiting your Magic Kingdom resort. between 5.

30 to 630 pm my grand daughters Seana Creasey and Emily Smith got onto the ride Splash mountain.

They stepped into the first car in the first row they just sat down the ride took off.

Your ride attendant did not check to see if they were in the car and that the bar was down.

From failure to check the bar to see if it was down and they were in safely, caused my grand daughters to ride the ride with a broken bar, they were very frighten and afraid for their lives.

They held on so tight that Emily ended ups with bruises on her palms.

My grand daughters were crying through out the ride in fear of falling off the ride.

This caused emotional distress on them.

I keep getting mail here at my address for a Shekiela Willson.

I send it back to return to sender.

I don't know anyone by this name and I don't want any mail coming here from disney ever.

I believe this is fraud and she is using this address for her benefit.

Nobody has ever lived here by that name.

Hello Disney,

(had a great time)

Complaint/Problem:

Well, when I was at Disneyland (Anaheim), I purchased a BB-8 (Stars Wars robot) RC toy from the Star Wars store.

Shortly after I started to use it one of the two wheels that make it roll and turn, e.t.c., froze up - it now only goes in circles, as does the robot's head.

Normally, when purchasing an item from a store near where one lives, you can exercise their return policy when there are any problems with the item/product, however, in this case, being in Sacramento area, not so much an option!

Just wondering if there is something that could be done?

Whilst on holiday in New York I brought loads of Disney merchandise from the Times Square branch.

I have 4 grandchildren and spent a lot of money in this store.

Apart from toys etc I did purchase 4 Disney towels.

One with a mermaid on, one with princesses on, a cars one and an Incredible Hulk one.

My grandchildren were overjoyed with these and took them on holiday with us to Majorca.

My eldest grandchild 'Oliver' had the Incredible Hulk one which he loves but I've noticed that in several places it has started to fray which is so unusual.

He has Disney towels that are nearly as old as him(10 years) and they are fine and in very good condition.

We had a great time at Disney magic kingdom.

However, we bought a R2-D2 Tshirt at one of the stores in the park.

After washing it, we saw that it had faded to the point of looking many years old.

We wanted to let you know that the dye is inferior.
