Quantity Inn on 2364 S Loop W, Houston Tx. I reserved a suite for 4. We drove from Mobile Al and check in at 11:51. The outside was unpleasant looking and I started not to go in. We went to our room #155 the hallway and the room has stains on the carpets, the bedspreads has stains, the lamp shade had holes, the sofa has stains and it was cold and dreary.

Plus the tv was not working which the manager said it we be up in a hour. We stayed until 6pm still no tv. 73. We had to find another hotel. But, the most disturbing part was the price. The new hotel was the same with better accommodations.

I stayed at the Echo lodge in Lloydminster, Alberta. This hotel was suggested by Choice as I used some of my reward points for two rooms and one night stay. The location of the hotel was very poor and not very safe for my family, the rooms were not very clean and smelled like old tobacco smoke, the bathroom was dirty and not very clean, at night there was a lot of loud noises in the hallways....

On 10/08/2018 I was on the phone for four(4) hours,with 4 different people attempting to get a password change. I was unable to get this done. I was even asked to open a new e-mail account. Which I did. I could not understand why, but I did anyway. This did not help!

I blocked off twenty two rooms ARR:8-10-18 DEP:8-12-18. Spoke with a polite knowledgeable staff (Betty). The staff on arriving was professional and pleasant. Food Service and staff was wonderful. The house keeping department was a DISAPPOINTMENT. Everyone was disgusted by dirty bathrooms, dingy linen One family member saw a roach crawling.

Another chicken bones on the desktop. Another blood was on the sheet. After discussion with staff, they were moved to another room. Another ((she suffers with asthma), complained about smelling moldy odors, the staff came in with spray. Their room was over the indoor pool.

The next day her family was going to squeeze in with other people.

I reserved two non-smoking rooms at the Econo Lodge by the Falls checking in 7/27 and checking out on 7/30 with my sister and our families. While I am smoker, I do not smoke inside around my children at all which is why we booked the non-smoking rooms.

The office staff upon checking in were great the first night and very helpful. Upon walking into the area for our room, the whole hotel smelled of marijuana and cigarette smoke. I know the hotel allowed smoking but there was no separation at all from the smoking versus non-smoking rooms.

We recently had the distinct displeasure of a two day stay at the Scoharie Quality Inn. We previously stayed there in October 2017 and were surprised at the decline in that establishment There were numerous shingles missing or falling off the buliding, the presence of families who resided on the premises ( a woman was noted painting her toe nails on the bench at the entrance and

others noted lingering in front of the hotel all throughout the day). The white towels in the room were stained and in varying shades of grey and brown. The shower curtain was also stained and dirty. There was no one in attendance at the front desk when we checked in and out.

I had to call the hotel to get a copy of the bill. The difference in appearance and services from our last visit were blatantly apparent!

I stayed in a Comfort Suites Hotel in Barboursville, West Va. this past week, checking in on Thursday and checked out this morning 8=20=18. I'm a Diamond Member of Choice and have been very pleased in the past. When I check in I was assigned Rm. 223.

When I got up Friday morning I had flea bites all over me. I immediately went to the front desk and was moved to Rm 220. Room 223 was checked by their employees in my presence and it was full of flea's.

It was a very disguisting experience to say the least. Apparently a previous guest had slept in my bed with their pet. I have a Dr's appointment tomorrow at 2:30PM to seek help from the itching. On 8/4 and 8/5/18, I stayed at the Quality Inn in Somerset, Pa. I have never used the description, PIGSTY, in an in a review before, however I can not find a better description! The whole placed smelled, was dirty and the tub was not working!

We had to go to store to buy a sanitizer to clean and freshen the room. We would have cancelled the room and stayed somewhere else but could not get a refund. 7 rating, if this is how you rate your hotels, I can not trust your ratings.

I booked 4 rooms for my family and I for June 23. In my party were kids and young adults. This location was selected because it stated it had an outdoor pool and gym. On my arrival in lobby my guess complainted if how smelly it was.

The rooms were smelly and rooms were in need of repairs molding, curtains, and smell. When we entered elevator it kept opening and closing 4 or 5 times before it closed to desired floor. After first elevator experience we used exit stair wells.

Having 4 people in 2 rooms, there was only linen for 2. Appearance of location was not impressive for there was construction stuff around. Hotel was obliviously under construction. Balcony had no chairs. There was no pool and gym is not what one would call a gym.

1. Comfort Inn in Natchitoches LA just off of interstate 49. Had a reservation. The reservation clerk ignored us when we got there. She was on some long personal phone call and kept her back turned to us. She said I will be with you in a minute.

20 minutes later someone else walks in (hotel worker) and asked if we had been helped. We told her no and we have been here over 15 minutes. The desk clerk turned around and snapped that it hasn't been no 20 minutes than turned back around facing away from us.

I went online and cancelled my reservation. I tried to call the customer service of Choice hotel. 5 minutes into the call, I finally got an answer. I started to complain and then he cut me off and went back to that lousy background music.

43 minutes later I finally got someone to help me.

We stayed at your Quaility Inn at Madision Georgia on May 2, 2018. V AND microwave were broken. 00 on the room stay.. That was on May 5 and we have not received any refund that we are due. Thank you, THE ONEALS.

We stayed in Dubois Comfort suites and you would think having reservations you’d be able to use the indoor pool. Nope, they had it closed for private parties. That was the only reason we went. That was in February. In March they took out our hotel stay and today I had a charge for the stay again. Definitely don’t recommend

I spent 30 days in a quality Inn in PortHuron Michigan. Then I booked quality inn from Lakeland florida to Port Huron Michigan. The Valdosta georigia hotel was discusting. The Dalton Georgia was good. The Richmond kentuckey was good. You should not put Quality on the hotel when it terrible..

Hotel room despicable. Work started but incomplete and some of the debris left behind. Toilet roll dispenser broken. Wall vent open. To top it off the roaches started coming out, too much-time to leave. " Someone brought roach spray but we got the message loud and clear- We checked out after just being there for 2 hours.

I stayed at the Comfort Suites, 331 N Cotner, Lincoln NE on Friday, 4-20-18. The room was fine, but we were pretty much out of luck watching tv unless we wanted to get up and down all the time. The tv would not turn on. We finally called the front desk and they sent a guy up. He said we had to turn it on with the button on the back of the tv. We also had to get up and turn it off on the back of the tv. Apparently the remote control was just a decoration. This was VERY frustrating after driving all day to get there! I've stayed only with Choice Hotels the last 10 years, but after the last couple of stays, I'm ready to start checking out some other choices! I am also a rewards member, but not sure why because you have to do a lot of traveling to reap any rewards!!!

Stayed in Comfort Inn Lorton Va. night of March 20th. Was emergency reservation. Poor service. Room dirty, Kleenex behind TV, rug edges dusty. Staff horrible. Rate this as five star below standard. Asked staff about AAA discounts. Was told already paid for. Not acceptable.

I got another hotel.room for my boyfriend and paid with a card and the lady gave me a confirmation number and them said that my card didn't go through and my friend is homeless so I got it for.him and they didn't help me and were pretty rude so I will never go to that hotel again and I'm hoping that I will get like a week for free because of it or something as I was trying to get him a month worth but whatever. We have several problems checking in took an hour at the desk. Dryers not working won't dry cloths even though I paid twice to dry the same load still wet after two hours. No Wi-Fi codes given at check in.

we made a reservation for Feb 8th flying out on the 9th and retuning on the 16th 2018 to have two rooms and park and fly for one vecical and 6 people.. the girl could not do anything right, she sent 4 different bills to my email with different amounts .

My family and I stay in choice hotels all the time but this last stay wasn't the same. When we walked into our room first thing my one year old spots is some old cookies on the floor behind the TV stand.

We said we will overlook it then the pool was green which was the purpose of our whole visit. The next morning while eating breakfast one of the workers brought my son a high chair which we never use but she insisted so we did.

Initially, I was looking forward to traveling to King of Prussia with my 75-year old mother and visit family. Upon entering our room and because I suffer from lupus, I must be extremely careful when traveling, I thoroughly pulled the sheets and blankets down and walked throughout the room #602.

I reserved two rooms for three nights for family visiting from Maryland. There stay was a very bad experience, they were unable to sleep comfortably due to the bedbugs, they were bitten while trying to sleep after a long day in the airport. My brother was unable to stay his full reservation and checked out after the first night. My sisters had no ideal of the bedbugs but took pictures of them prior to checking out and was able to provide proof to the management on checkout date.

The management offered to reduce the bill by $10.00 stating he will inform the general manager after 0800 hrs on the checkout date Sunday morning at 0530 hours. 10/14/16 stayed at Quality Inn, Emporia,KS. The toilet didn't work in the morning. Had to take tank top off and flush manually. The TV had cable problems and would not turn on.

We expressed our problems with the general manager Jay Patel at checkout. He mentioned cable problems and did not apologize for anything.

This is the second time we have stayed at Oneonta Clarion. We usually stay at the Hampton Inn but every thing was booked since it was family weekend. We have stayed at several other hotels since we had a daughter graduated from Suny Oneonta and now her sister is attending the same college. We arrived at the hotel and 12:30am Saturday to a clerk that had nose rings ear piercing and a piercing on her mouth. We had a spill and I asked for a paper towel and she said she did not have any and just continued on with what she was doing. I canceled and rescheduled a stay at the Comfort Suites in Concord NC to Charlotte NC and the customer service rep didn't cancel my stay but added the nee stay. I was charged $77 for a no show that should have never happened. I have been waited for 3 weeks on an investigation to be complete and never heard from a rep. Called Choice customer support back today and have to go through the same 7 to10 business day waiting period on an investigation.

I check in August 15, 2016 at Econo Lodge in Lincoln City, Oregon. V was very dusty, the baseboard heater was rusty and it was very dirty on top with hair stuck to the heater, bedspread had spots all over it, cobwebs in the corner of the ceiling, and the trash can was dirty.

The room wasn't fit to stay into it. I got cold in the late in the morning and turned on the heater and it didn't work.

I have no complaints about the hotels we like all Choice hotels in fact when we are out on the road your hotels are the first we look for. My issue I had reserved rooms at a hotel we always stay at I was informed after I drove 300 miles (with reserved rooms) that your hotels will no longer accept debit cards for payment(Which is how I have always paid). I was told I had to have a credit card instead. I have a Visa card with a limited credit amount that was my choice because I do not need a credit card. But I was told that it was not acceptable. The reason i booked our 3 night hotel stay was for a family getaway to denver from colorado springs. They were a cheap option and the only indoor heated pool/hot tub, which is the only reason we stayed there. The hotel was under constant construction, blocking all doorways, hallways, & elevator! Forcing us to take 2 flights of stairs constantly. Breakfast was too small for the amount of people staying there!

Staying at Comfort Inn in Greeley Colorado, 10/30/2015. Truly Yours bedding isn't in used here. Pillows so worn out and soggy they are about half the size of a standard pillow on the queen size beds. Pillow topper "if you want to call it that" in a flat worn out piece of fabric that shifts in the bed.

Bedding has a dirty stale smell and there are used tissues next to the bed. Mattress is worn out and hard. I haven't even gone to bed and am sending this because it is so bad. I only stay at Comfort Inn for the Truly Yours pillows, I will not be staying again and ready to share my Choice Hotels complaint with the world.
