com. We arrived at the motel (Budget Inn and Suites on Hammer rd in Stockton, and found 1st the manager put us in a room on the 2d floor ( my Wife was VERY clear that we are disabled and require GROUND FLOOR.

The manager became "less than friendly and gave us room 108. The ONLY good part of that room was that it WAS on the ground floor. It had NOT been cleaned and smelled of old food "rotting" and mildew and mold.

When I went back to the manager (his sign said within 20 minutes to complain, I was there in 10 minutes), the manger said we could just leave. Since I SAW him swipe my credit card I asked for a receipt, HE absolutely refused!!!

On 3/29/18 we received our confirmation email for of three double queens rooms at Budget and Suites, 1521 South Avenue, Nevada, Iowa 50201 On 4/28/18 we received an email Cancellation notice for our previous reservation placed on 3/29/18. This is a very busy weekend in this Ames, Iowa area.

Hi, I want to start off by saying I do not like complaining because there are people who live on the streets so I am very appreciative to have a roof BUT there are a few concerns I have. My husband and I stayed at the one in Pelham for a while were things were stolen out of our room when we were not there and most times around cleaning day.

That is why I did not want them to come in and clean. I had about $300 worth of clothes stolen, cartons of cigarettes, my husband's watch so I told the manager but nothing came of it.

My brother and I stayed at the Budget Inn at 344 East St. Road, Wildwood Florida on Feb. 25th. The room was very dirty, moldy washroom, had cockroaches and no smoke detector. They did give us another room - same condition and we were unable to sleep due to a fear there would be cockroaches again.

Dear Customer Service- on 2/15/2018 at 2:00 pm, I called the Budget Inn located in Bartlesville Oklahoma to make a reservation for 2 rooms Sunday 2/25/2018 for one night. The front desk agent would not give me his name, he would not give me the name of the Manager or let me speak to them after our conversation.

I asked who I was speaking to as a form of courtesy in addressing the desk clerk, he said he had been getting prank calls and would not give me any information. He took my name and date of reservation but refused to email ; and or give me a confirmation number to verify reservation.

When we first arrived at Budget Inn the manager told us it would be a different (much higher) price than first said said on phone. We get in the room and we found that the cieling leaked, there was mold under table.

We asked for a room change and the owner said that the leak would stop. We told him our 9yr old daughter would get sick from mold and he said sorry he couldn't do anything about it. There were no other rooms.

I had rerented a room that a previous person had put in their name i payed for the room for both nights. They were lenient about a guest. The previous person left so i got the room for me and my guest i had to leave to go to work so i left the room my guest was there the girl i had the room with came back started a argument they both left the room.

This is the nastiest motel I have EVER been in! There is blood splattered all over the walls from people shooting up, it is dirty and nasty! I was greeted by a cockroach when I entered the room, I have been unable to sleep one second because of the filth!

The lampshades are falling apart. I have taken pictures because the filth is shit unreal and no one will believe the extent unless they see the pictures!

Came back to my room 239 approximately 5:30 pm and to our surprise our room was not cleaned. Beds were not changed and made, dirty towels were still on the floor in a pile and garbage was sitting in our room for 2 days.

I stayed at the Budget Inn in Cocoa off of I95. The check in process wad horrible the lady was extremely rude. I reserved a king size bed and got two queens. My room was filthy. Bathroom dirty with bugs and burn holes everywhere.

The only thing I can't complain about is the comfort of the bed.

I stayed at Budget Inn in Williamsport Pa on 10/07/2017 and my first complaint was there were no towels, ECT. In room. Late in the evening when I returned to room, I realized how filthy room was. I was told by owner it was last room in hotel.

I tried to find other hotel in area but due to events all were booked full. I stayed the night and in morning I told the owner I was not looking for refund but wanted him to be aware of condition of room.

I stayed overnight at the Budget Inn - St. petersburg, FL. It was the worst experience I have ever had in a motel. The room and linens smelled. The carpet was dirty. There was mold and mildew in shower. Several light bulbs in bathroom were out.

Dust on every stationary surface. The hair dryer and phone were not plugged in. Since it was late and I had a nonrefundable charge, I had no other choice but to stay. My expectations were not high. Just wanted a clean room to sleep in.

This may not be indicative of all Budget Inns - but I will never take that chance again.

My husband and I are traveling and we stopped in Laytonville Calf on hwy 101 to get a room from budget inn. We've never had a problem before at a budget inn until now. I am disabled and I travel with a service dog that is federally registered. When my husband signed into the room, he informed her of the dog she then told him there was a $50 deposit required. He then informed her it was against the law to charge for a service animal. She told him she didn't care what the law was and this was her policy and if we didn't like it we could leave. Customer service by Budget Inn is terrible I have never felt more unwelcome in a hotel in my life and I stayed in a lot of hotels. I will never stay or recommend anyone to stay at the one on hammer lane in stockton California.

We, me, my dad and step-mother, stayed at the Budget Inn at El Reno, OK. We were all attacked by bed bugs. When my dad called the hotel he was told, "We do not have bed bugs. " and then the woman on the phone hung up on my dad.

The room was in very poor condition with blood stains on the curtain that was hanging off the curtain rod. I have pictures of the condition of the room and of our bed bug bites.

Also, I have the paperwork from my ER visit and my parents visits for their doctors along with prescription information.
