This place is truly discussing. I have tried to upload pictures I took but it won’t allow me. Microwave is rusty and filthy. Refrigerator only freezes food. Bathroom is just deplorable, mirrors are filthy. I have been waiting for 7 hours to get clean towels, I can’t take a shower or wash my face.

This hotel is a crack house gambling drug ring sex trafficking hotel. Dirty with trash everywhere and roaches needs a new owner or manager, plus they over charge for 1 night

They were rude and disrespectful

I only got to stay here for an hour long, the place was filled with bed bugs and my family especially my newborn son was staying here. If my nephew haven’t gotten bit we would have not even noticed. When we went downstairs to check out and get a refund the guy told me to talk to the manager.

The manager’s name was Mr. Soni and the location was on Norwalk and Firestone. When I called to ask for a refund the guy told us that it isn’t his fault there’s bed bugs there that the people before hand probably had them.

But if that was the case doesn’t that mean they would have noticed it while cleaning? But the manger didn’t offer a refund and was really rude and hung up on us and said it’s not his problem.

Check inn was at 2:00. Room wasn't ready at 3:30 when we arrived. Had to wait an additional 1/2 hour for room. Was told manager had to see my credit card for confirmation, ended up charging me again after i'd already been charged and paid thru booking.com Started with half a role of toilet paper. Phone was inoperable. Outlets didnt work. Faucet leaked, tub didn't drain. Smoke detector went off at random times. Cockroaches and flies in bathroom. Had to hunt somebody down for towels and wash rags. Television remote was broken. Room smelled of mold. Office smelled of mold. Left three days early because of horrific conditions. If I could give a lower rating of 1, I would.

Dirty worse room ever

Worst Place I've ever dealt with room was infested with roaches paid 1100 dollars to be sleeping with roaches they need to be shut down the staff was. NOT helpful in any kind of way

My girlfriend stays at budget inn in gp texas the manager has the hots for her always asking her if she wants a job pluss every morning her just walks threw her door and ask her questions . every morning .

shes so upset and dont know what to do . shes lived there for over 90 days . hes cought her in shower in bed all kind of situations . today we talked to a lawyer and plan to sew .

The head lady is very rude charged me 5$ for a key, bc she gave my wife a key and my wife was at work whenever I came in from work and I didn’t have any cash on me, so I sat there for 30 minutes and couldn’t get into my room until some random guy gave me 5$ to get a key to my room to be able to access my room.

The 2 rooms on each side of us were occupied by the rudest loudest nastiest people, they slammed doors and hit walls and screamed and fought all day every day all night long... couldn’t sleep. When 11am came around for check out, my wife was gone to the bank to be able to get cash to stay another night and they literally kicked me out of my room at 11:17 am bc she wasn’t back with the payment yet, especially after they sat at my door like vultures from 10:30am till they put me out…

I’m filing a complaint against the Budget Inn at 3155 Huntsville Hwy In Fayetteville, TN, where the husband/wife owner are mean to their paying customers. A gal I help is homeless and has been living at BI almost 2 years and, she not only pays $900/mo out of her disability check for one room, but they harass her. It’s just not right.

My experience wasn’t so bad. The staff are pretty nice.

However we did have one incident that was never taken care of though. I’d like to speak with corporate office ASAP. About it

com on Feb 14 2020. When we arrived and were given a room we went to the room. When we opened the door we were discusted at how filthy the room was. Pubic hair and dirt all over the place.

We pulled the sheets back and found hair and dirt in the fold of the the bed skirt between the wall and the bedskirt because the skirt wasnt down. The room smelled . There was people outside partying and made us very uncomfortable.

We could not stay in this filth. We went back to the office and told the manager and she very sarcastically said she would not refund. We ended up sleeping in our car that night. The manager there is very rude and unprofessional and that was the saddest part. She had the nerve to threaten me saying she was going to (beat my a$$) then she cursed me out calling me names talking about my children and saying other rude comments about my family. They are also thief's because they stole items from my room but I found one item in someone else's room they went and got it from.

Charge for more than the room was quoted and I have on the receipts that was printed to me and also did not get my wake-up call did not get the blanket I requested and the woman at the front was very rude.

On 2/15/2020, my friend and I stayed at your Budget in located at Deland Florida. After a 11 hour drive, being tired, we decided to get a room. Upon checking in, we went to our room. VERY SHOCKED TO SEE OUR ROOM!!

Not only was it disgustingly dirty, no air circulation, but it smelled of old cigarettes and mold!. Being that the hour was late, already paid, we had no choice but to stay the night. The bathroom was something to be desired.

This was the absolute worst experience we have EVER had. We were here for Valentine’s Day and the clerk yelled at us SEVERAL times because we had questions about how the payment worked. I couldn’t even believe it. This was the absolute worst stay.

Booked through Orbits, upon arrival. The odor was awful coming into the entrance from the east. The carpet was soaked in the hallway. I had room 125 and 126. 125 curtains were hanging, a bedspread and sheet both had blood stains, Tv wasn't working.

Rm#126 Door wouldn't lock was able to just walk into Rm. TV in that room wasn't working. When I went to front desk, "I just make reservations" informed to talk to another lady who was head of housekeeping. No results.

Called Orbits and explained condition of hotel, was able to change hotels. Left a 2liter soda in the fridge of 125 when asked about it. It had mysteriously disappeared. We had only been out the room 10min before we went back for the soda.

Also, TV remote was left in 126. It has also disappeared yet the beds had been remade.…

We booked 7 nights & unable to stay just 1 night because of so much racket, & the mattress was lumpy, sheets dirty, we asked for a refund today but she started yelling that we couldn’t get our money back but after begging she charged us two nights for just one night stay. The staff is very unprofessional. I spoke with Gigi this morning regarding a resident that complained of a deposit being taken. At first she denied her name, and then she gave 3 conflicting statements. She said that she would return the deposit to the resident.

The resident returned and she was told that her deposit was given to the security company??? She would not give her name, and she would not provide the information for the "security department". I noticed that they only have 2 stars.

I wonder if this is a repeated pattern. I would just like to get back the deposit that was stolen without having to take this to another level.

I'm at a Budget Inn in Jasper Fl. The phone in the room does not work, the tv does not offer abc, nbc, or cbs television stations, the internet is not working, and the shower does not work. Went back to the front desk and said I wanted a refund and was told he can't do anything.

You should be ashamed to have your name of this motel. I want to be refunded my money and I want to speak to someone about this extremely poor customer service. I will be sure to pass on my experience to anyone and everyone at every opportunity I get if I do not hear back.

I stayed at the Budget Inn in Fallon Nv. I was there for almost 2 months. I started noticing bugs with in the first week of my stay. I complained. They didn't even look to see where they were coming from.

I moved rooms the second week. Same thing. The day I was checking out. I removed the heater (AC unit cover. It was completely mildly. I have bug bites all over my body. On check out. I told them my findings, along with the bugs found in the room and off my body.

I asked for at least a partial refund. And or the over $200 in cleaning/bug supplies. They said no. And acted like they didn't care. I'm turning it into the health department as well the BBB. Thank you.

cockroachs , no safety chain, no coat hangers or phone, radio, table, tissues, bath mat, hand towels, ice mach., rack sheet, clock, tv sucked, etc. worked hotels for 37 years.. bad!!!!

We stayed in room 101 last nite. Staff refused to give me clean towels. and bath room. Toilet cloged would not flush. Bed bugs infestation in rm 101. We left at 1 am(+ -)

When checking in we were told the pool was in the back and wifi was available along with complimentary continental breakfast. We went into the room to find that the TV did not receive but two channels, absolutely no wifi in the room ( it did work in the hallway.

Also the breakfast consisted of wrapped Danish and coffee (which if you got at the beginning was more than likely leftover since no amount of cream would ever lighten up the coffee) We were told in advance that we could see the room ahead of time because many opted to go elsewhere. When you are new to the area and tired from traveling most anywhere seems fine.

Anyway we refused the first room we saw but did accept the second room. Next day we went to check on the pool and found the county had made them close and chain the pool…

They charged for two service animals the room has dirty towel and mens underwear under the sink and holes in the walls the plugged with paper towels and the shower has not been cleaned I will be calling in the morning

I stayed in Budget inn and Sand Springs Oklahoma on 10-23-2019 I woke up around 11:00 p.m and had bed bug bites on me I had bed bug bites on my arms my boyfriend searched the bed and found 4 or more bugs in the bed he put them in a cup

I made reservations at the Budget Inn at 10621 San Pablo Avenue, El Cerrito, CA for the night of September 1, 2019. My credit card was charged. My wife notified the manager that we would be checking in late, around 10 PM. When we arrived at 10:30 PM no rooms were available. The driveway has two unlit pillars near the exit to the parking lot. I backed into one and damaged my fender. I don't have a smart phone and opted to drive home rather than search for another motel late at night. On a country road, I ran into a deer. The total damage to my car, attributable to the Budget Inn fiasco, exceeds $3000.

I made reservations for October 5th & 6th under my friends name, Elizabeth Carrillo, due to the fact that I have lost my ID. So we get there are given a room on the 2nd floor. I ask if there are any rooms availableon the 1st floor, due to the fact o have a really bad knee.

Your room is on the 2nd floor is what I'm told. Ok then. Get into my room, no hand towels, no ashtray so back down the stairs I go back into the office. I rented a room for a week. My room was infested with bed bugs. I told the front office and they acted as if it was no big deal. They offered to refund me half of today and said I could check out as they had no rooms available right now.

The housekeepers were very nice and respectful.

I stayed with my family at the budget Inn in Gallup NM on Friday 9-30-19 . We had fleas and bed bugs bite my wife and son . They have big welts and my son has a swollen eye lid on his left eye due to the allergic reaction to the bites .

My mother rented a room from this sorry place not only did I pay for the room . But I wasnt aloud to go to my moms room . this people shouldn't be aloud to run a hotel . they are rude and un professional.

I was very disappointed in the room the couch had terrible stains. Found a crack pipe. And there where cockroaches in the room I took photos of it. Their where people walking back and forth all the time. They where very noisy I was very afraid.
