The werst mangager I ever delt with. Been a good customer 8 years now I always pay with check and sometimes the newer people have trouble . the girls there know me. So the machine would not run mi check so a black man manager came up to talk with me very mean and rotten while he’s holding mi signed check telling me if I leave I was stealing calling me a drive off .

Then I asked for his name he said bi law he didn’t have to tell me and then asked me to go outside and talk so no one could hear him. Sead a bunch of other crap how he was a sycolagy 5 and I was a1 freaking nut job.

I stopped to buy petrol at the BP Truck Stop, Main Rd North (leaving Napier - travelling to Wairoa) on Tues 27 July after a hospital appointment on that day. I bought a small amount of petrol - just to ensure I got home safely but when I arrived in Wairoa I couldn't find my wallet.

I searched everywhere and decided in the end it had fallen out of my car when I got out to open my gates when arriving home. I had some vague recollection that it had been sitting on the seat by my right leg at some stage - very odd I know as I was driving.

I never for one moment thought it had fallen out of my car at your petrol station. I then had another unexpected hospital appointment given to me for Fri 29 July so I had to go back - a tiring 300+K trip to do twice in one week.

They had 4 to 7 drunks l trying to get credit line and screaming.. 00 in quarters so I could do laundry and he's telling they didn't have it as they both was breaking 2 quarter rolls into there draws.

We ran out of gas on 131 xpressway trying to make it to another gas station. Our truck holds 32 gallons of gas and we needed to fill up as we were driving over 200 miles to pick up and haul back a camper i had bought.

Not only was she one rude bitch but ur company lost way over 100 dollars in gas sales. Another customer that was leaving as we were attempting to buy gas said man what a witch they got working in here. He was right.

I went to BO Monte on William Nicol on 17.07.2022. Ask for R200 95 unleaded, knowing exactly what / where my car needle needed to go. The attendant kept blocking the display, went unto the pump and not sure how and what he did. He was also seem to be on his phone. When he seem to have finished I proceeded to give him my car and smart shopper card. but when I turned on the ignition, I noticed that the needle did not move to where it needed to be. When I indicated that to him he just laughed and said but he did. and also made the comment "haha, don't awarra you will get where you need to be"

I then just went a 1km up the road to a different and did the same amount and hell and behold the needle moved moved to exactly where it was suppose to go in the 1st place. Which is a clear indication…

I have been going to the same gas station in Evergreen Park for the past 15 years on 9700 s kedzie ave. It became BP Amoco within the last several months and I never had a problem until today January 23rd 2022. I went inside to prepay for gas and handed the cashier $55.00. All good and went outside to fill the tank. The gas was filling up and stopped at $40.00, I went back into the store and complained to the cashier. The cashier stated i only gave him $40.00. An argument ensured but I knew I wasn't going to win since its my word against his. I never filed a complaint but I feel in this case , I was taken advantage of Regards

FIRST COMPLAINT IS OWNER WILL NOT UPGRADE CARD READERS IN PUMPS WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN OPERABLE FOR AT LEAST A YEAR. YOU MUST GO IN AND PAY WHICH DOES NOT GET MY 10 CENT PER GALLON DISCOUNT. WHEN PUMPS DID WORK THEY WOULD NOT INSTALL PRINTER PAPER FOR YOUR RECEIPT.

STATION OWNERS PARK THEIR PERSONAL VEHICLES IN FRONT OF 2 OF THE 9 PUMPS FOR SOME REASON. NO PAPER TOWELS OR WINDSHIELD WASHER IN BUCKETS. TRASH CANS ARE NEVER EMPTIED UNTIL THEY ARE OVERFLOWING. NUMEROUS TIMES I HAVE COMPLAINED JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE IN THIS SMALL TOWN.

Hello, I am upset about the handling of a situation by a BP clerk at 2160 Old Shell Road Mobile, AL 36607 on 7/18/21 at approximately 2 PM. I attempted to make a purchase. The man told me to use a new card machine on the counter. My card was declined.

I went to BP Roodekop to pour petrol for R200 on the 07th June at 5:10pm (yesterday), my gauge did not move at all and i asked the attendant why. He couldnt give me answers. I then went to the Manager Wilson, he just gave me his cell numbers and said i should call him if i get stuck.

This complaint is regarding the BP located at Memorial Drive and Hambrick road in Stone Mountain Georgia. The garbage is piled up in the trash cans, it’s causing a problem because trash is all over the ground. BP station in Harmony NC was about the filthiest gas station I have ever encountered . The proprietor was a non caring rude individual. He talked on the phone while waiting on customers and acted like he was doing you a favor.

The restrooms were a filthy disgusting mess,very unsanitary. The whole grounds and building were like entering a third world country. I would never stop there again. I think if this was a person's first experience with BP it would also be his or her last!

The bp gas station in Beverly Ohio 100 5th street restroom has been closed for three weeks. I like to use my BPme app but they don’t have facilities for customers to use.

I actually work at the McDonalds conjoined with this particular gas station on Larson Beach Road. I don’t give myself enough time for breakfast, so when my side of the store gets slow I go to the BP to take a breather, buy some energy drinks, and sometimes a protein rich snack to help me get through the day.

I use the BP Station At the Corners Of Frankstown Rd. & Salfsburg Rd. in Penn Hills Pa. 15235 There is never any paper in the pumps to get a receipt. The pump asks if I want a receipt then tells me I have to go inside to get it!

What's the point of paying at the pump. When I complain about the problem I'm told the pumps need work. This station was completely done over not more than 2 years ago. New pumps , new lights the whole deal.

The BP gas station on 2801 Alabama Avenue, SE in Washington, DC allows drug dealers to sell drugs on their lot. Shootings and fights have occurred on their property several times. No one is telling these people to stay off the property or calling the police for assistance.

At a bp station located at 2014 rouye 57,hackettstown,nj. At 6:40 am on 4-30-2019. I pulled in asked for $20 of gas. Because i wanted to go to the atm so i can pay cash. And employee named chris refused to start pumping my gas until showed i had the cash.

At 5.30 p, this evening my wife put diesel fuel in from their Pump 1. The car stopped 30m after she left the garage.

An earlier motorist had the same problem, and had to leave the car in a side court.

After my wife had filled up another lady filled up with diesel, and her car broke down after 25m,

The lady called the AA, who said there was a lot of water in the tank. She was towed home. Our car was not startable and was towed to a garage,

Another car further away had called Caldicot Services, They were not able to repair the car.

Staff at this location were very rude. They acted as though they didn't have time to wait on me. I would have hoped that at least one out of three employees behind the counter would have been a little attentive. When I finally approached them, I asked if they had biscuits and gravy (as advertised on there marquee). They informed me that they discontinued serving that at 9:00am (it was 10:00am when I arrived. It was still "breakfast time").

So I picked up two of their "lay all day" pork tenderloin sandwiches and paid $7.95 for two. And it wasn't even very good.

A very bad experience. If I didn't have to gas up our company vehicles at this location, I would never visit their at all.

Your BP gas station at 5625 Buford Hwy, Doraville, Ga. 30340 has five gambling machines that was paying cash to winning patrons. I played for three days, Jan 3,4,5. On Sat. Jan. 00 and requested to be paid. The owner refused to pay me in cash despite, after me informing him that I saw him pay cash to patrons of color, Latino, and Asian.

I am caution race and feel I was discriminated against. There were no signs or notices posted that they did not pay in cash. I called the Doraville Police and filed a formal complaint. The owner was of Mideastern national.
