I'm just going to make this short but clear. I am furious! I am soooooooo beyond frustrated with the poor lack of customer service Chime's representatives provided. 
ALL I WANT TO DO IS CHANGE MY EMAIL TO LOGIN BACK TO WHAT IT ORIGINALLY WAS IN THE BEGINNING WHEN I OPENED MY CHIME ACCOUNT. AND INSTEAD OF DOING WHAT I ASKED FOR, ONE OF THE MEMBERS PLACED A RESTRICTION ON MY ACCOUNT SO NOW I DO NOT HAVE ANY ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT AND BECAUSE I ONLY HAVE A PICTURE OF MY VALID STATE ISSUED I.D, I STILL CANNOT REGAIN ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING THAT IF I DID NOT MAKE CHANGES TO MY EMAIL ADDRESS,I WAS TOLD TO CONTACT SUPPORT AND I DID. INSTEAD OF HELPING ME REGAIN ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT AND PUTTING MY EMAIL BACK TO WHAT IT WAS BEFORE, I AM NOW LOCKED OUT OF MY OWN ACCOUNT AND I DONT HAVE THE MEANS TO GET A REPLACEMENT I.D. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS
